Ive never really shopped at H&M before but all I hear from people is how cute their clothing is. So when I got a gift card for Xmas I found a cute dress online but was disappointed to find that they dont accept gift cards online. Of course none of the stores carried the dress so I decided to go to this store to use my gift card to buy something else. The racks were overflowing with clothes. Most of which are really ugly. I wanted a cute winter sweater but most of their sweaters are plain and frumpy and make it look like you have no figure, like something a 60 year old lady would wear. Actually most of their clothing looks geared towards older women. But yet a lot of young people were shopping there so I dont really get it. Maybe Im missing something. So after walking the store for 45 min, which in that time no one even bothered to ask if I needed help, (not impressed with customer service either) I bought a shirt that was just OK. I wouldnt have spent my $$ on it but I just needed to use my gift card. Maybe in the future might try other locations to see what peoples big obsession is with H&M.

I usually like this particular H&M location, but today not so much. Usually there are lots of clearance items, but today it was hidden amidst the middle of the store to the side. Slim pickings, but no big deal. There are only 4 dressing rooms at this location and each person can have a limit of 7 items at one time. I waited forever to try on 3 things. Mind you, this was a Wednesday evening around 7pm. I dont understand why so few rooms were built when this location only sells womens clothes. I ended up waiting another forever to pay for 1 item. There were 4 people ahead of me. Personally, I thought they couldve had another person hop onto the register since I saw 3 other staff members just walking around. Service was fine at the dressing rooms and register. I think Ill have to write a review update to see if efficiency improved.

NO MENS SECTION- Sorry fellas, just wanted to give you a heads up as I visited it and was disappointed to find no mens section. My girlfriend liked this one because it seemed to have a wider selection than other chains. Still disappointed no mens section.

I just came in right before closing time like a spaz for a last minute outfit. The employees were so nice and helpful! I really appreciated how they didnt rush me and tried to help me put together my outfit. Wish I remembered their names!

This is the only H&M I like. They only carry the best pieces here. I dont have to go through 2 floors of junk to find what I like. Its literally 900 square feet of happiness.

I really love coming here to shop. It doesnt have kids or men clothing. But its cute like a boutique. Great staff members
