The one star is only for the helpful employees.Otherwise I will never step foot in the store again. My purse was stolen from the store and when I was frantic and needed the store manager, Kathy Froom, she acted like I was keeping her from something. This is not the first time she was rude to me and others have said so as well. So the police ask to see security tapes she denied them, the police officer said that has never happened before and for me to file a complaint. So dont count on Marshalls or Kathy Froom to help you or even treat u with respect.

We recieved horrible Customer service from manger named sharleen at Marshalls located in san pedro. She was very rude towards my mother and I. I dont know how she received this position . I used to love coming to Marshalls but we wont be coming back anymore and we will tell all of our friends and family not to shop at Marshalls. Our experience was completely awfull.

Lame because they havent fixed their hours they close at 930 not 11 I came here just to see the lady shut the door on me as I tried walking in.
