Horrible customer service, slow cashiers, fitting rooms are always a mess. The restrooms are disgusting. The sales associates are rude. There is limited parking. Its as if they only care about selling anything, and opening up banana cards. You are just a number to them (I was told by a sales associate that was about to quit) that this specific stores is not selling enough banana cards, so they pushing them to open cards, that you dont need. Dont open them. I did the mistake to open one and deeply regret it. Dont come to this store. Dont even shop here. You are just buying the brand. They have the same clothes at Jay Crew, which is next to them, better quality & way cheaper. Sales associate also told me they talk rudely about customers, and make fun of them when they leave. The store is so small. If you really want to shop @ banana go to a bigger one.

I have never shopped at Banana Republic before. I usually dread shopping for clothes. The store was very clean and organized. I was especially pleased with TJ, she helped me find everything I needed. I wear small, and its hard to find what I like in my size. Not only did TJ go in the back and find my size for what I was looking for, she also found several other options that I didnt even see! I ended up getting more than what I came for. Probably the best shopping experience Ive ever had. Also, the fitting rooms were very clean and organized, Drea ( or Trea) was very helpful.

Great parking but store is hard to find because of the confusing traffic pattern outside of shopping mall. Beautiful store.

This is a smaller store. Overall, great customer service. Definitely feels more intimate than the large mall locations.
