La gente que trabaja son sin educacion. La otra ves iva a dar un pago en perfumeria y me dijo que no podia porque le avian mandado un email y que no podian agarrar pagos en donde venden perfumes. Y me mando a la linea donde solo estaba una persona y la linea tenia mas de 20 personas. No regreso. Si pudiera darle un 0 lo aria.

My only complaint is that there was a lady illegally parked in the handicap spot selling bread (probably no permit either) the parking lot is already small we dont need you taking it away from JC Penny customers. Also there was a homeless man acting as the doorman who stunk to high heaven. That is not what you want when you go shopping. Im sorry that youre homeless, maybe go to a shelter? The store is fine though, the one in Downey is like a madhouse with long lines.

None of the employees told me verbally but I assumed that they were accusing me of stealing. Because I was constantly trying on clothes, I dont blame them. It was so obvious for me to tell because employes kept arranging clothes that were already arranged. I just didnt know my size and I wanted to make sure the clothes looked good on me. So I got my clothes and ran, haha im joking. If they were so concerned, they could of asked me if I needed help.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and attentiveness. The cashier that attended us, Diana, is an amazing worker who took her time to attend me and my parents. She offered for us to have a JCPenney membership, and despite how crowded and full the building was, she assisted in helping my parents have a great experience and discount. Diana is a wonderful worker, every company should hire someone like her. Amazing service and amazing store!

Short lines, long wait I was a regular customer at this JCPenney. Birthday present, JCPenney. Boxers, JCPenney. Winter season, go to JCPenney. Weekend at the lake, go to JCPenney for some cool summer attire. Now, I walk into this JCPenney every 10 months or so, with the same result at the counter every single time..... Short lines, long wait. Going to the mall from now on.
