This place sucks, bad. There are crazy long lines all the time cus each cashier takes FOREVER with each customer AND there will be like 4-5 people in line with one cashier but then the line keeps growing to 6-7 people, then 10-11, and they still only have one cashier ringing people up while all the other cashiers r out on the floor putting items away!!! Wth?? Its not til I say something, and trust me Ive had to speak up several times, til they finally bring another cashier out. Also, most of their clothes are outdated, cheap quality, and ugly. Further, they just changed their exchange/return policy that includes no returns or exchanges after 30 days whatsoever!! Not even if you still have the tags on and have the receipt, it doesnt matter, you cant even exchange it, your basically SOL. Oh and one more thing, I tried calling them just recently during store hours and the phone just rang and rang, and I called 3 times in a row, no one ever picked up. Talk about great customer service huh? I give them 2 stars cus once in a great while, like maybe once or twice/year Ill find something cute for cheap, and its worth it. But hardly ever. This place seems like its gonna go out of business, I wouldnt be surprised.

This review is about Dr. Hornstein. Not sure if Sears uses different doctors. My experience is with this particular doctor. I normally dont use services within large department stores because I find them expensive and level of service to be poor. But I went here on the insistence of my wife because we were in Sears shopping anyways and I needed new glasses. So I caved and we went in for a check-up. And boy was I FLOORED. This is a GEM in Glendale. Simply the most thorough and the most courteous doctor I have ever been to. Dr. Hornstein as well as his assistant Dave are couple of nicest folks youll ever meet. And the 45 minutes this doctor spent checking every aspect of my eye was more time than any other eye exam Ive had and cost ($75) less than what I have paid at my last 3 exams. This small doctors office on the third floor of the Sears building in Glendale is truly a GEM.

The parking here is beast no one really comes here because everyones busy going to the mall. The store itself is nice! Everytime I come here they always have a sale going on and find some pretty awesome clothes here. But the thing that gets me irratated about the store is there understaffed and only have one cashier per floor I believe I havent explored the whole store yet! But at times the line gets long and theres only 2 cashiers at the register. And causing furistration they should open up more check out lanes here. And when they do maybe Ill change my review and rating.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had over the phone. I had to call 6 different times just to see if an AC unit was in stock.. never found out. The first guy I talked to had no idea and wouldnt even check or find someone that did know. He just kept saying "I dont know" or "we might". The recording asked what department I was looking for, I said "appliances." I was then transferred to fine jewelry. Makes zero sense. Then that lady told me she would transfer me to appliances and it just kept ringing, eventually hanging up on me. I guess Ill never know.

A salesman by the name of Anthony scammed me. I asked him for a $89 mini fridge, he sold me a $149 minifridge (not the one i asked for), and he also charged me twice. When I went back the next day to recieved a refund for the second charge, he said he couldnt reverse it and that I had to call the bank. I made his dumb ass call them.. Turns out this scam artist was just trying to add another sale to his pathetic life. NEVER shopping here again and telling all of my friends and family and social media platforms to do the same. Embarressed for your company and brand.

Sears routinely uses a subcontractor for its installation of major appliances. I had already agreed to pay $150 for the installation of a dishwasher. This thief wanted an additional $150 for parts (which I found out cost only about $25 at Virgils Hardware). I didnt argue with the guy and paid with my AMEX then disputed the charge. I documented the prices the installer ripped me off for and the actual retail prices at Virgils. AMEX totally backed me up and I ended up paying only the additional $25. I will NEVER EVER use Sears installation again.

I waited in the Appliance section for 30 minutes in an attempt to buy a range/oven no one was there, even asked the cashier to call in the PA for some help to no avail. This place has lost my buisness today as well as any future buisness. What kind of manager allows a whole section to be abandoned like that? High appeal, non-existent service, good quality.

Not the best shopping experience. Its outdated, and very often its hard to find a salesperson. I needed someone in the shoes section, I asked the cashiers, they paged them but nobody showed up. I had to ask them to call them again, and after a long wait I gave up and went to another store.

Came in for an alignment. Said it would be 30 min over the phone. Get here, its been the 2 hour mark and still dont have my car. I walked outside 40 min ago and it was off the alignment rack. Finally went to go talk to someone, they said hey it is ready. Really 40 min just parked there.

This Sears location is one of the best locations around this area. Sometimes the lines can be long at checkout because the store gets busy. Their appliances section has a big collection and their people are knowledgeable. The TV department is lacking some options.

Late delivery, bad service, hard to speak to anyone regarding the order status. I had to pay extra for the shipping so I can get the order on time, which I never got on time. Had to call the store so many times just to get hold of someone. Bad experience.

Did somebody say awful customer service . This place is ridiculous Ive been waiting for a tool for the last month that order online and was supposed to be ready in 3 days . Really not cool!
