This is a terrible store, the first time I came here there was a stupid broad in the make up department acting soo weird, walking up and down the isles, staring at me so weird after a short while sends a security guard my way, wow! REALLY!!! I dont have the appearance of a crook, nor I am one. I was only looking at some make up, obviously wanted to see what the shade was like. I never opened anything, nor did anything inappropriate, she was so crazy and nasty, had a terrible attitude and she was doing it to other people. I dont know if they do that here because its in the mall, but left a lot to be desired. Crazy low life undercover jerk. People dont come here to be treated with such disrespect. I went back today, after maybe two years and purchased several items, they forgot to bag my Chobani yogurt, not cheap! Also picked up some eggs, at register I opened the box and there was one missing and one cracked and with a hole, the cashier was new and clueless, he said: You can go get another box, really smarty? LOL, its a huge store and they were on the other side. I had to tell him to have someone bring them and he got an attitude. Thats not it, I was overcharged, got 3 packages of Wasa crackers, they were on sale, but got the regular price, per my receipt! Horrible place, then when I called up to let them know, the girl who answered phones kept putting me on hold more than 3 times, and took forever to get someone on the line, finally this guy comes on the phone with an attitude.. After I mentioned what happened, it was like he didnt believe me and said to bring it in and hell just take my word for it... Geeee really! Look at your damn signage and system. So disappointing, people here have major attitudes, the employees... Stay away and its a mad house with the parking being shared with all the mall. Too much aggravation and you get treated with much disrespect. You people have to get it together.

Two stars. Below average. Been to Target all over western US. Dislikes: This location suffers from being in bad neighborhood. Yes, there are worst. But it is still bad. Dont come on weekends. It is a cluster fest. Glendale tries to market itself as an upscale neighborhood, but if you look at the peeps that come here and how they behave, you will understand why Glendale has the worst driving stats in the country. People leeching the government dime and not working. People with their kids yelling, screaming, out of control. Streets dirty. No graffiti yet. Id give them a few more years. Store out of stock on many things. Nothing upscale about Galleria or Americana if you look at the clientele. This aint Rodeo drive.

This Target, specifically the Pharmacy, has a lot to improve on. They list hours as 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. yet open at 10 a.m. (per the employee who informed me they actually open at 10). Why not change your sign? Im only upping them to 2 stars because I cant give 0 and the workers at least are nice, helpful, and understanding. The rest of the store is kind of a mess, compared to the Eagle Rock location. I dont count that against them since they deal with a crazy mall crowd. Pro-tip: Parking is horrendous, youre better off parking on the second level and entering through the side than trying to park in that first floor area that seems entirely engorged with Target shoppers.

For On-Line Target: Worst ever for getting giftcards on line. Put in all the info for 12 giftcards and when tried to confirm the cart and pay it all just disappeared. I waited 20 mins on hold to see if they could recover it and the gal who can hardly speak english tells me its been happening to all the customers tonight and there is no way to recover all the info I entered so I would have to reenter it all. She then tells me next time to go to "Help" on line when this happens. I told her that is what I just did as it prompted me to call her and that this was no help.

My experience visiting Target could have been, just ok, it ciuld have been better; the thing that ruined our experience was when my mom had an emergency to use the restroom and asked to please allow her to use it and access was denied. We understand that they were about to clean the restroom but, it was an emergency, in my opinion, the lady could have allowed my mom to use the restroom because like i said, it was an emergency and then proceed to clean it. We visit the Target in the Glendale Galleria on the 9th of August of this year.

The location of this target is convenient but parking can be a hassle during the weekends. The store itself is okay I guess it has the same items carried throughout target stores and also this target has a small grocery isle for customers who want to get a snack or a quick milk run. The employees here are fairly nice some are helpful some give you attitude for little questions on where to find a certain item.

Worst customer service.....I understand that they may be understaffed....but the lack of acknowledgment is beyond incomprehensible......added to the mix I their lack of common sense.......The shelves are constantly empty, thus having you have to try another Target......the only reedeminlng quality is their self help kiosks which are never fully manned.......Lets not forget the lack of parking......GOOD LUCK

Not the best Target store, especially cosmetics isles seem to be half-empty most of the time, plus the prices were higher at this location. If you have to shop there, make sure to check their website for. prices (they can be twice as low!) and go to the Guest service to price match. Watch out for wrong price labels, too (associates will tell you to use their Price checker, uhuh).

Good enough for me to get some basics in cosmetics and cleaning supplies.

Three floors of Target are a bit much.  Id much rather go to a flat, single level Target.

Parking entrance at Colorado is closest to this Target.  Be sure to have some walking shoes because this parking lot can get pretty crowded at times. Thank goodness parking is free -- lets hope it stays that way.

The people that work here are super nice & helpful! The grocery section is well stocked and organized. They always have the cat food I buy (and its usually on sale) and the cereal section has the most brands,at the cheapest prices (better than the grocery store) Where else can you buy milk, and then buy a bicycle to ride it home to? LOVE this store,and this location.

Target is a great discount retailer for all your essential needs. I like their no-hassle return policy. What I dont like about this particular target is its layout - 3 floors. Ive been to Targets with one, two and now three floors. In terms of ease of shopping, especially for bulk items, I prefer the one floor layout.
