I was buying I tool box everything came out great but like always the line takes so long not because the worker is slow but because sears always wants your phone number email etc and I hate that a lot. I still need some tools and I had if I could get some help but they told me to ask the other guy in the other line and I had to make line again and the worker was attending the guy in front of me he gave him good service he look was he was looking for on the computer and the worker went to get the tool he was looking for himself and brought it to the desk and prepared everything himself. He took so long and I was very passion but I was also in a rush. When it was my turn the worker only search up one thing in my tool list and said he dont have that available right now and I asked him what about the rest? He left to help he co-worker with something and ignored me I followed him and waited patiently and asked him again and some customers all the way from the back of the line had a question about the item he is going to buy so the worker attended him and ignored me again and I still waited patiently but I was already getting mad and I asked me again about my tools and he just said I DONT KNOW and turned his back on me that was he worst most horrible sirvice I have ever gotten in my hole life I though I was gonna get real good sirvice from how he help the last guy before me but he just went Dick mode on me I dislike

The mission - go in, purchase a washer and get out. Mission was accomplished successfully. Parking was easily found at the rear lot off of Olympic Blvd. The department store was completely empty on this weekday evening. So we quickly made our way to the appliance section of the store. Having perused the weekly ads prior, I knew the brand and capacity of washer I wanted. Nevertheless, I found myself looking at all washers on the floor, opening them and touching all button and knobs - you know you have to. An associate approached us asking if we needed assistance, but still in tactile- sensory mode I said we were still looking. Having made our choice, we called for an associate who came over with his iPad and processed all of our transaction all while I thought to myself...I could have done that at home... Nevertheless, this associate provided us with great service. He never suggested buying the high efficiency version of the model we chose or another more expensive washer. To our purchase the advertised 5% rebate was applied, however, that went towards the $69.99 delivery fee! Yikes! Suggestion: If you have a friend with a pick-up truck ask for them to help you pick-up an appliance and offer to buy them lunch/dinner/gas. Sears has competitive prices on appliances and after doing some research I found them to be less expensive than other appliance retailers for good brands like GE and Maytag.

Make new friends .. but keep the old -- one is silver and the other gold... Sears and I go WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY back ... All the way to my very first swimsuit .... I was 10, it was mail order, nautical, I was giddy - it had a little pleated skirt and a red bow. bouncing up and down when the package came - who needed Christmas when you had mail order?! State street really *IS* a great street -- I have managed to pick up random things here where I couldnt find them elsewhere -- for a really good price. Cute boots for less than $20? ... how about Chucks for less than $25? I havent hit all the floors yet -- but at this rate, Ill be back over and over again. Old friends are the dearest ... *GOLD*, indeed. I love you Sears!

When I went here, it was because my mom at the time like the uniforms, and clothes. A decade later, when we came by for a dress for her at a wedding she was suppose to be attending. The place looks the same, but it was so messy, the clothing material was so cheap, and the organization of the staff, not so coordinated in any department. Plus there bathroom was beyond dirty and smelled horrible, not to mention the womens fitting room, no one is there to help, there no cameras and it is extremely small. Horrifying experience for both my mother and I, we left pretty upset.

This place should have gone out of business years ago. Its a ghost town in there. Everything is overpriced and they have old or outdated inventory. Their electronics department is a joke. I think they still have VCRs. I went in to buy earbuds one day, they had off brands like COBY and they were $25. Sometimes they have sales on tools and appliances. Parking is ample.

Employees are having too much fun amongst themselves and forget about the customer, I had to wait until they finished running their mouth to get to pay. As far as assisting I helped myself. Store has lots of equipment and merchandise but everyone get to work, instead of wasting time, use the time to expedite sales thats all thats needed here.

NOT handicapped accessible. The front entrance has plenty of handicapped parking, but the handicapped door is at the top of 17 stairs! We were told to go around to the back of the building, where we were able to enter the building. Unfortunately, we were immediately faced with 7 more stairs. I dont need to go to Sears this badly.

Just picked up a great new gas stove. Maribel was such a nice person helping me get the best price for my purchase. They were really busy, and seemed a little short handed, but I got what I came in to get. There is tons of parking in the back and this place is huge! You will get lost, but it was an nice experience.

I dont know how this place stays in business they are unorganized. I made my first payment and they didnt think I paid it so they had me come to the store with a receipt to show proof. Like cmon now the system doesnt show? Oh yea I guess the owners are to cheap to update those windows 95 computers at the register.
