So here it goes. I went here on accounts of buying a television. I was looking at TVs online, and the TV I wanted was out of stalk online, but it gave me the option to check if it is in stock in other stores. The TV was in stock in my local target, so I gave a call to confirm that they do in fact have the TV and it was so and so priced. The lady confirmed and said yes, we have 8 of them in stock right now. So I throw on some clothes, and assure her Ill be there soon. I come to the store, and I walk to the electronic department (more like ran there) and immediately ask an associate to help me with it. (Also I had work in a few minutes so I really didnt have time.) So he tells me a completely different price for the same TV, mine was on sale and he was giving me regular price. I show him the information online, and I let him know that I spoke to one of his associates over the phone like 15 minutes ago and she confirmed all of the information. He calls some guy to help him and he said oh just take it to the guest services and they will match the price for you. AWESOME, so I thought. On an off note, I ask one of the associates working in the electronics department a question about the TV, a question that he should be able to answer, yet he says I dont know, check on your phone. OH thanks jackass. I get my butt to guest services, while all the associates are just talking, taking their time, like they have all the time in the world. I explain to the lady the situation, and she tells me that theyre not matching prices. I explained to her what the 3 different associates have told me. (all completely different from one other) she tells me no, who did you talk to blah blah blah, even when I told her who she didnt even know who it was. Anyways they completely wasted my time, I was late to work, and overall was complete BS. They need to work on their customer service, and teach their employees to know what is the right answer to give to their customers. I know THEY dont care about other peoples time, but sorry I dont have a lot of it to spend doing nothing. The store has practically everything you would ever need, they just need better employees. Im also really bummed I didnt get to buy my TV after all that :(

DONT SHOP TARGET OR YOULL BE THE TARGET... -Under trained staff, rude and unprofessional. -Supervisors are worse and less of a help. -Managers are even worse and Refuse to help. -Target has the worst return police, no they dont have an exchange policy... Yes thats right, no exchange policy, items must be new and packaged, other wise considered used and un-returnable and un-exchangeable, even when an item is factory defective, its not covered for its been un-packaged, thus considered used. Targets policy states nothing about defective products... So now its your defective product, as defective as the manager at this location that Perots the defective policy and the lack there of. Dont take my word for it, hop on targets website and read their one paragraph return policy yourself.

This target is not exactly a favorite considering for a few extra minutes you can drive to the Burbank one, where the selection is greater, the lines at checkout are shorter and quicker, and the place is generally less crowded, along with not having to worry about your vehicle in the parking lot. This Target, is a bit confusing in its general layout, and is in the middle of a less than desirable location. My family and I have been to this location in North Hollywood for 10+ years, and in that time I can count on one hand the times I hadnt been asked if Id like to purchase something in the parking lot, or didnt notice atleast one squad car issuing a citation to someone on the curb. The place is busier at seemingly all times. Plenty of parking.

Im visiting the area for work and just stopped in. First off, it looks very dirty as soon as you step in; items are all over the place and theres no one around to help. The lines are really long and moving slowly. Im standing in a long line directly next to who appears to be a floor manager. He asks an associate whose light is off in his lane to turn it back on for five minutes. This lane is directly next to the one Im in so I hear this. The manager looks right at me then goes to another woman and another family to ask them to get in the shorter lane but not me...hmmm...why is this? I dont know but good thing I dont have to come back. I got in that shorter lane and of course the service reflected the filthy store.

This target ends up on youtube constantly... Not a good start if you ask me. Employees are ill-trained and unprofessional!! They should also hire security guards that are above the age of 16...you know, for ACTUAL SECURITY??? Or perhaps just hire PROFESSIONAL ones that will FOLLOW the regulations you teach them. I dont like seeing a frail homeless woman that could easily be escorted out by a REAL security guard or the police get tackled poorly and tossed about by a 16 year old "security" guard. There is no security in his lack of ability to contain her. There is no security in his lack of judgement. You should have called the police, but then you also shouldnt of been hired in the first place so...

This location is usually very clean (clothes, toys, etc are not littering the isles or floors) and well stocked. I usually visit this particular location 3 or 4 times a month, but my recent visit six days ago shocked me! There was hardly any salad on the shelf, the soda isle was bare and there coffee brand shelves were COMPLETELY empty. When checking out the lines were extremely long! I spent over 10 minutes waiting in line, which might not sound like much, but when you have ice cream and other cold items, thats unacceptable. Hopefully they have corrected the issues and my next visit will be better, so that I can update from my 3 star rating.
