Place is a dump. Was chased out of store by loss prevention grabed by my arm and immediatly a second security came to hep. As im being lead in asking whats going on a third security comes out and says " let him go you have the wrong person". I recieved no apology for the piblic humiliation, went back inside asked for manager and all i got from manager was well we get so busy its easy to mistake one person for another! Idioy! How so either you saw me steal something or you didnt theres no mistaken about it. You guys have cameras USE EM.Anyway now i was mad so I grabbed a soda and walked out with it feeling entitled to it cuz my mouth was so dry having to explain myself for something i didnt do or have any part of. So make sure if you see someone taking something from this store that your not dressed sillmilar to them cuz you might find yourself detained by these cracker jack ,barney five,smokey and the bandit, roscoe peeko train, loss prevention rejects that arent man enough to apologize after making a innocent man look lime a common thug in front of a dozen or more people.

I went to go buy a book and by accident I had left my phone at the first self-checkout register. I went to my car ad less than 5 minutes i went back to look for my phone. A family had told me that the lady in charge of that area had my phone. I asked her about my missing phone and she said that she had left it under a binder. She showed me and it wasnt there, so she sent me to guest services. I asked the women there and they said that no one had dropped off my phone. In the end, they checked the security tapes telling me that a "little boy" took my phone. That I couldnt see the security footage. I told them that I understood that I had left it, but the employee admitted that she took my phone after I left it, but that someone else took it. They were rude, they took a while to check the tapes, and they recommended me to go to the police station to file a report. Other than that there was nothing that they could do. Worst store ever...!

I already dont like shopping at this Target to begin with the Customer Service here is beyond horrible. But my fathers experience just pushed it off the edge. My father has MS ,though it may not be psychically visible it doesnt change that he has a disability which requires him a Service Dog. Having a service dog around him does calm down & keeps his episodes to a minimum. Only being in the store for 10 minutes to pick something up real quick he was being harassed by the Manager questioning him about his Service Dog. He had his service dog license & showed the Manager & he continued to question my Dad. By law youre not allowed to question why do you have a service dog that is discrimination & grounds to sue. They should really have better training for Management at this Target.

I had the most horrifying experience of my shopping life there are some thugs employed here i went shopping for an air mattress i was led by an employee to by a $175.00 mattress i was excited about all the way home when i opened the box my heart sunk it was filled with magazines soup and cardboard i angrily returned the crap then my integrity and character was deformed with there skepticism even while wearing my military badge and getting paid that day after almost compromising my freedom i was finally given another mattress after they realized all i wanted was a bed i am still recovering from the very traumatic i experienced there and hope i never have to return i will always check my contents when i buy direct in the future

As most people I love target. This is the second target closest to me (closest is in downtown LA, so I steer clear). I love target , I really do. If you go on a weekday (except Friday) everything will be fine. My issues comes up on holidays, this target serves a highly populated area. If you happen to go on a Saturday shelved can be completely empty. I am a mom so that means no diapers, no formula no nothing. They seems to have a good amount of staff so maybe they dont have a set system to make sure everything is stocked well. Besides this I never have issues with return or exchanges and even with crowds lines move at a decent pace.

This is the best Target, I have been to. As most people have commented, weekends can be hectic and rest assured there will be kids running around but thats to be expected considering the area. The pharmacy team is awesome and they pharmacist is so kind and patient. My mother thinks he is a genuinely nice person and I agree. When it comes to customer service, its okay. I dont blame them for not smiling considering a lot of people are so ridiculous. Most requests come out as though a child spoke, so I understand. Overall, I come out content with my experience everytime.

Was a loyal customer until recently being charged twice for one transaction when using the chip and requesting cash back, which was over $100. Received no help on two separate occasions with recovering what was taken from my account I had no choice but to contact Corporate with what had occurred. I am highly disappointed in this location and my family and I will never return after this experience and lack of assistance with my issue. PLEASE WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENT CAREFULLY IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHOP HERE.

This is a great store better than Wal-Mart because its not that packed and there is much greater service and they have lower prices also the staff was very kind and Roberto a worker was very kind. Also the lines are faster and the staff is always good .To be honest I like how they started giving fruit to kids its a kind gesture . They also give you a lower price if you are it somewhere else . So this is a great store and have a great staff

Its a busy Target but usually the lines are shorter and faster than other Targets in the LA area. This is probably indicative of good store management. The shopping center has a few other stores including a very busy El Super - with a shared parking lot. That coupled with the extremely congested streets Firestone & Garfield can make parking and getting in and out a chore in the afternoons & evenings.

Im very upset that Target does not carry a lot of makeup for African American women especially when they used to carry it that it. I understand that a lot of white girls buy more makeup, but they dont buy everything okayyy. I dont see Target discontinuing makeup that white girls are not buying, only the black girls makeup. Target you need to cater to everyone especially the color girls okay that part.!*

Its not worth shopping here. The girls working here have bitchy attitudes when you ask for something. The guys act like you gave them a long division word problem to solve when you ask them for help and they give you a retarded look. The management is just ad worst. Go somewhere else to shop youll be much more happy even if you dont find what youre looking for.
