From the outside this place looks like it could be 2 or 3 stories. But this one level brightly lit store offers just as much merchandise as any multi-story department store. I came in to gander at their sportswear and they did not disappoint. They had a healthy selection of running and workout shoes that was neatly organized, and they also had a great section of clearance workout clothes. I was able to find a some really cute shoes and a matching top. The kid shoe section was an eyesore. But there was a large selection. The bathrooms were clean which was a plus. The lines were a bit long and slow. But customer service was great. I had a very friendly and cheery cashier who complimented my purchase. This is the closest Nordstrom Rack and its pretty legit.

OMG, where to I start first?! I have never been to a retail discount store with such a friendly staff then Nordstrom Rack in Burbank! They were all SO wonderful and helpful! My daughter and I were on a frustrating shopping mission for weeks trying to find the perfect dress for her Sweet 16 BD and after becoming exhausted from the idea of shopping it came to us that we did not go here. We ended up having 15 possibilities and narrowed it down to one perfect dress. They even offered to alter it for us in the places that we needed and it was done in such a beautiful way within 5 days. I am hooked!!

This is a very busy place but it has a huge amount of floor space so you feel like you’re in a shopping mall. The store has a greeter and is for the most part very clean and organized. They sell shoes, clothes, fashion accessories, and all that you would expect at a store like this. They can be a little pricey as they target higher end consumers and professionals. They have a good selection of apparel and you can always ask salespeople if you need to find something.

I like coming to this place not only for the great deals and good merchandise but the staff is excellent! They usually walk around the store depending on the area they are assigned to and in case you didnt know you could pay for your item right at any place in the store with the staff using a mobile device so no need to wait in line up front. So look out for those staff members with the mobile device and you can pay on the spot right there and then

Dear management, I had to give 1 star to post but otherwise thats too much for this store. EVERY time Ive been here the employees care too much about gossiping/talking to each other instead of taking care of customers or even a simple "how are you today?" or "did you find everything ok?" Kervin-clearly needs customer service training. Youre there to help customers not socialize with co-workers and ignore customers. Rudest NR Ive ever been to.

wow!!! from the cashiers, to management...Fantastic experence. Im I AM 100% DISABLED, AND GOT NO SPECIAL TREATMENT. They treat all customers special.A actual pleasure to shop there. The process are not much better than the actual Nordstroms. Finding items is difficult and then finding your size is an impossibility. The place is disorganized and staff is not terribly helpful. If you have unlimited time to dig around for the bargain you might find it here.

Cleaner than most, a lot of designer clothing, accessories etc... The employees were amazing. They were very helpful and considerate. The facility itself was a little unclean due to the dirty carpet, but most of the merchandise was organized far better than most.

Jackie has been the rudest person I have ever met! I asked her where the handbags were and all she just pointed. I couldnt find them but the second associate was helpful. I wish the girl I asked helped for was helpful. Shes was rude instead.

Went to get two pair of jeans tailored. The results are fantastic and the cost was competitive. I was really pleased with their speed and customer service. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for tailoring.

Usually a wild store. Especially during their clearance sales. But if you are patient and dont mind digging you can usually find some cute stuff. I love that their Sanuk sandals are $20.

This place is crazy and chaotic like all Nordstrom rack. They really need to put more seating areas for the husbands. They have a nice selection of duffels from Cole haan and coach.
