Mi pregunta es por qué? cuando uno paga no le piden identificación de CA y porqué cuando se quiere devolver algo le exigen un documento de CA? Me dio un gran corage como el día de ayer fui tratada junto con mis hijos nos pusieron en evidencia frente a los demás costumers o clientes eso creo que no es correcto ya que para eso existen las matrículas consulares y las resumen en todos los lugares para identificación....tomen nota de la gente que tienen en ese departamento de servicio al cliente.....o cambien sus reglas....pero ni maicys ni nornstroms son así como uds.

This is the worse Target ever. This is why I dont support Inglewood businesses. I came to the Inglewood Target on 7/21/2017 around 9:30 am to purchase two items (one being a phone mount for my car). After entering the store, I preceded to the electronics department to find a Cashier on the phone with a customer, and he did acknowledge me and I was going to wait until he got off the phone....until, another Target Team Member, came over to ask (Cashier on phone something) so I asked him if he worked here? And with the upmost disrespect, he answered yes, I was so in shock I told him, never mind and waited for Cashier on the phone to help me?! Long story short, I am not pleased with the service I received today and I will not be back anytime soon?! I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and not to mention my receipt printed very lightly to where I could barely read it, and none of the support team members even say as much as Good morning and did I find everything I was looking for, while Im checking out....So, I will not be coming back to this Target!

The staff here is terrible. Especially the So -called management team. I was purchasing back to school items & household items. My air fresher rung up the wrong price as it was marked. The cashier called one manager. Who gave terrible customer service. Then she turned the situation over to another manager. He states that the tags was switched on the floor. Is that my problem??? No its Cleary tagged & I should b honored that price. He would not give me the price..So I returned everything...I live 5mns away from this Target & rarely shop at this one for this particular reason. Customer Service SUCKS!!!

I think its pretty terrible if you go to a certain neighborhood and rate a store bad because there are too many of the people who live in that neighborhood?! You knew that before you went. Thats like going to a store in Chinatown and rating it bad because its too many Chinese there? What?! So all African Americans are bad and the same? Thats a rascist view in itself...and thats how rascism starts. In my experience there are good and bad in all types of races. Look beyond the skin color and this world would be a better place...

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I was looking for JUST ONE EMPLOYEE to point me to the ONE ITEM I went in there to find. Either they didnt know, was going to lunch or no one in sight. I finally saw an employee and asked him to please tell me the isle to go to. I told him l JUST COULDNT GET ANY HELP. Just so happened he was the manager in just a plain red shirt. But, he did help me. I hate this location and shouldnt have gone there, it was the only store that should have the product.

Nice store but I HATE the people at the self check out. Every time Ive come here they are SO rude. Like today I asked for a bag and he handed it to me but then took it back and said "you have to pay for it" and I was like "umm well cant I have it now so I can load my items in it while I scan them??" Then he said "ummm" and I just grabbed the bagged and said "dude Im not going to steal a ten cent bag CHILL" and then he watched me like a hawk as I checked myself out.

Went there today to buy some Pamper Diapers when I got inside , there was a shopping cart on the side I went to get it and this African American employee grabbed it from me, she didnt even tell me that I couldnt use it. She grabbed it and pulled it away with her ghetto accent said, "Why all this customers, want to take this cart caint they see it dont work." She was so rude. Plus all the people that go there are ghetto, loud, rude.

Rude workers! Ive been coming here for 2 years now & the only people that are nice here are the pharmacists . If the self check out is open I will gladly use it since checking out with an actually human here means I will get attitude, or not greeted at all. No hello No Thank you or have a great day . the only reason I keep coming here is because its not far from my house

I was looking for a product on 01/13/17 & I called this store about 5pm. (I had been 2 other store & called 3 others & none had this item in store!) The young lady at the FITTING room area helped find the product on their inventory BUT also picked up the item for me & waiting for me when I arrived at the store. Thank you, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The target it self is clean , i cannot say that staff is rude because i have never needed assistance, but staff seem to be polite.The one thing that i do not enjoy when going is having to deal with ghetto people, that is the only reason why i gave this target a 3. If that would change ,which it wont, then id change my rating to 5.

This place is definitely getting the upgrade it deserves/needed, and I can only assume its because of the new stadium plans. Either way this is now my favorite Target, and the upgrades are amazing. A few years back...not cool. Now I dont need to worry about going out of my way to other locations.

Target is my favorite store I go there often to purchase all of my items from grocery to shoes and clothes, their customer service is excellent someone always in every department ready to assist. The workers know their store when you asks where to find an item very helpful.

Unfortunately when checking out this lady had a ton of coupons and on top of that she had issues with her credit card so I literally stood behind her for 10 mins before I just left the line and went to another checkout. Other than that the store is clean and well organized

everyone is helpful. Javier in the bicycle department was great. he went out of his way to make we purchase the right size bike for my daughter. he even took time to put a new bike together since the bikes available were too small or too big.

Bought a bike for my friend Fransicos daughter. The staff were accomidative to our needs. The line wasnt a huge wait even though the store was busy. They opened a line just to accommodate the over flow. It was a quick trip.
