So I went to this target being new to the neighborhood thinking this is probably gonna be a good store with good customer service. I was right about the store but the 3 employees that helped me were not at all what Id expect from target and especially in this area. Did my small shopping, went to wait at the check out, and a lady named Rossa took me and told me she´d help me. She also said to me "lets start u up on a new account. Come over here." I really did want to open some sort of discount membership with target, being that I was probably going to come here often. She took me to another register with another female employee and asked for my ID. Before giving it to her I asked if I open it today will I get the discount? They both answered yes. I gave it to both of them then a rather long sign up process was brought up on the atm thingy. And in the middle of filling it out, I noticed it said that I am applying for a new credit card. I didnt ask for this, nor did any of them tell me this. I then told her I dont need one, and that I dont have any credit or an income right now. I came in with a backpack full of patches, torn sleeves, and a skateboard. Do I really look like I need a credit card?? Then while Im filling out the rest of the credit card sign up the two female employees begin to speak Spanish to one another in their normal voice and are gossiping about another employee getting a raise and how they didnt. Assuming that I dont speak Spanish. Very low class. Then I pay thinking its over and I didnt even get the discount!!! Nor did I find out if I qualify or not. Which I wont. WORST PART OF ALL was Rossa then told me that she was gonna set me up with yet another employee for a "quick survey". Horrible experience. Oh, and the deodorant I got was 10 bucks, it said 4 and some change on the price, now I have to go back and return it. :,(

Great Mega Store for West Hollywood! This place is much better than Walmart and, roughly the same prices. I like the fact that Target in very welcoming to the diverse West Hollywood community and, is even willing to hire people in need of employment who have encountered discrimination in many other places. Target took a courageous stand nationally when they clearly stated that they would stand by the LGBT and other oppressed minority groups. A few alt-right homophobic, islamophobic, racists from out of town did show up at Target to harass employees and customers. I was with the much stronger group opposing the alt-right fascists and, made sure to make some major purchases in support of Target. The best part was when our West Hollywood Sheriffs deputies were removing some idiots racists from Bakersfield that came to harass people and asked them "if they hate non-whites and LGBT people do you really want to end up in our jails with them?" Its great to shop in West Hollywood Target especially when they support your right to do so without becoming a victim of a hate crime. Target in West Hollywood is a great place but it could even be made better, by becoming an employee owned CO-OP!

I guess i thought target had fixed the debit card issue and decided to pay cash for something. Still dont recommend ever using a debit card here and i never will again. Only way ill ever buy anything and now its a lot less is with my account. Ive had an on going issue w targets tags and prices. Today I went in trying to buy a crescent wrench Im not sure the staff even knew what it was. I ended up telling the person I didnt want the adjustable one. The person was way rude and said no we dont carry that. Ive scene them there and I dont think he even knew what it was. The tag had said it was a wrench not crescent and the second person not only didnt know what it was he didnt even ask the manager because I thought there might be some in the back. Ive not had to good service here and the prices issue has made me come to target a lot less!! Also not only did they loose a sale by not asking the manager to check in back the poor service made me not want to buy more!

You guys would of used to gotten a five star from me. That is until your electronics department did everything they could to ruin every good experience I ever had with your company. Thanks to Virgo if thats his name, the tall lang flippy-da-hair Queens and time Eli, very unprofessional, very very unprofessional. Im not going into detail now but I spent way too much money three four times a week with you guys and I will gladly give that to Ralphs and Best Buy, I have also made it a point to inform all and everyone that I know to stray away from the electronics section of your store if not the whole place. Your manager I believe Anthony was not much help at all when the issue was brought up. #imsorryimnotsorry

A Target store is a Target store. They are all pretty much the same. Some slightly larger than others but they all pretty much offer the same merchandise and they all pretty much have similar layouts. The differences between stores mostly has to do with the management, employees and yes, even the stores customers. This particular Target store has the very wide aisles that most Target have, lots of open cash registers and it is always clean. Besides being clean, merchandise is where it should be which isnt always the case in some high volume big box stores. All in all, this Target store provides a pleasant shopping experience.

Bueno yo soy clienta de Target por mucho tiempo y siempre mis visitas han sido muy placenteras encuentro lo que busco y si no encuentro algo que nececito hay un buen personal con mucha capacidad de ayudarme para que yo haga mis compras muy feliz y siempre encuentro muy buenas ofertas me encanta Target .

Pretty decent sized target its located upstairs and only upstairs. Its seems like this place is always packed I mean I would understand its in the middle of Hollywood and would be buzzling with people from near by neighbors. And it is a pretty nice store but getting in and out of here is a pain. Trying to find a cart here is troubling since theres so many shoppers. Plus the checkout lanes forget about how ridicolously long the line gets here. The place is okay but I perfer the Target in glendale it seems to be more organized. But the staff here are a bit more helpful.

all of the the sales staff is rude.... heres the story ive seen a lot of people with a dog 1 is a chihuahua and a maltese they are not service dog for sure because the chihuahua is carrying by the owner and the maltese is with a leash with the other dog owner that i saw on that day... my dog is in the carrier bag im just wondering why i am the only one on that day that ask to get out of the store because the dog is not allowed at the store.. im not gonna go back at this target store anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
