Deplorable customer service. I have been an avid Nordstrom shopper for over 20 years. My repeat service was due to your high quality merchandise and excellent customer service. Since everyone is aware of my love for your store; I was provided with a gift card for my birthday. Today, I visit at your Culver City Nordstrom, I was extremely disappointed by your limited number of clerks while resulted in a 30 minute wait in line for my first purchase. This was never the case when the store was located at the Howard Hughes Bridge location. Then for my second purchase, I visited one of the customer service kiosk booth and waited patiently for the one customer ahead of me to complete their transaction. Then, from nowhere another customer appeared and was helped before me. Another sales associate started to assist customers and pull patrons from another locations and started to assist them before me that was waiting in line now over 15 minutes. When the second sales associate was assisting others, he hit me with an article of clothing that was being returned as it was being placed on the rack and never acknowledge the action nor apologized. Finally, when I was helped, the ring Erick B asked if I would move to the side of the desk since the second ringer took over the entire counter top. I have never being treated in this matter, not Nordstrom nor any other place I patronize in all my years of shopping. As I exited the store, I asked one of the clerks at the check-out counter for the corporate phone number and she search her binder and was unable to locate it and stated she would have to go to the back and retrieve this information. At this point, I was beyond frustration and just exited the store in order for others to be serviced. I will never shop at this location again and will tell others not to as well.

I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I first learned about Nordstrom Rack several years ago from close girlfriends who are really good at hunting for designer clothes and shoes for a fraction of the original price. Ive found a number of items for myself and gifts for friends. My tip for shopping at Nordstrom Rack is to browse the Clearance rack first. Everything marked with the red tags are at the lowest prices. The rest are discounted but deals arent as good as the red tag ones. For those looking for Tory Burch Reva flats- I just saw a few pairs this weekend at this location! The black with gold logo is still available

I am a huge fan of Nordtroms and sales/deals.. and when I learned about Nordstrom Rack that made me really happy! I can get the best of both worlds! Its nice to have a closer location to where I live. I love browsing and looking for good deals but they have a very small selection compared to other stores (especially the ones in Brea or Lakewood). Some of the workers here are really nice and friendly and some are not. But if you need to find something nice and want to try to find a bargain, its worth a stop on your next shopping visit.

The checkout line for returns went well. Later when I made the mistake of trying on 10 other items, the (I thought) nice fitting room lady made me stand and wait for her to help another customer before letting me out. She then asked, "How many garments for you?". She had just put me in a room 15 minutes before and thought I was bringing items in. This is what I get for not being assertive. If this seems like no big deal, I have a foot injury, along with shoulder injury so extensive standing doesnt work for me. I will not be back.

We spent 10 minutes searching things to buy and went to the register we didnt have our nordstrom card so they looked it up which took 20 minutes Then we got baby clothes in a set - which wasnt a real set - the clothes were put back and an employee went to find a right set which they didnt end up finding so we spent another 20 minutes waiting at the register -after all this place is horrible

Usually I dont shop at Nordstrom Rack. I wonder into the store and Im surprised at the selections they have in this store. The only complaint I have is that too many things are out of place and hard to find the right size because their racks are a mess.

This place always has new selection in a variety of sizes. It also has a nice mens section, something thats sometimes lacking in other Nordstrom Racks. Its sure to please everyone because of its size and variety. Make sure to check it out.

Really, theres nothing to remark about. I was out and about and I stopped at the Westfield Mall. However, was a bit disappointed that I wasnt able to find what I was searching for at JCPENNEY.
