My husband was out of town at a conference and I had accidently packed a pair of shoes that had soles that were falling apart ! I was panicked and emailed the manager, Kandace, at the closest Nordstrom to my husband. Even on their busy Sale day she got in touch with the manager of the shoe department, George. He called me and gave me several options of shoes in my husbands size that were on sale. He then offered to personally deliver them to my husbands hotel! I was so relieved and also overwhelmed by the customer service! I had felt terrible to have packed a pair of shoes that were falling apart and my husband said it was difficult to walk because when the soles were falling off it was killing his feet. Also, another note---this customer service was for a $99 / pair of shoes ---- not a $300-500 pair! Thank you Nordstrom! We can all learn from that level of service!

Friendly staff and salespeople but not a great selection to choose from. Part of the customer experience is having product in stock, but too often we have to tell the customer that we dont have it and that we have to order it. We know that online shopping for customers is huge, so we have to take advantage of those that choose to come to the brick and mortar locations to spend money. Half that battle is won by having the product. I work for Nordstrom and love it, but my store can only get 3 stars from me because we make too many excuses on why we dont carry the product than simply listening to the customers and the salespeople who interact with the customers about what we should be carrying.

The stuff is amazing it at any department of the store. If we were to rate different stuff and just one store I would rate the store in the customer service five stars. But since were talking about their system and the way that the store runs on its horrible. I returned a Mac brush three weeks ago it say that it takes 7 to 10 days for the money to be back in your card...its a lie. I really dont understand why it takes so long for them and to go back if thats the case that its going to take long so we should be able to keep the damn merchandise until the money is back in our account. Other than this customer service is amazing I cant disrespect that.

I accidentally tore my navy dress slacks this morning and took a chance and went directly to Nordstrom. Repairing was not possible. Ray in Mens suits helped me out and saw my predicament. I bought a new pair and he immediately asked if I could wait about an hour which would have been more than generous but I couldnt wait quite that long. He quickly called the alterations guy - Mo - who had me up and out in 30 minutes from the time I walked in, purchased my new slacks, and was out the door! Now THAT is great service - the type of service that Nordstrom has been known for and why I have shopped there for over 35 years. Thank you so much!

Great mens clothing boutique! Very helpful staff, a wide selection of shoes and clothing and a convenient location to boot! The store carries a lot of my favorite brands. Theyre frequently busy, so items sell out fast. The staff is always willing to have an item sent from their Virginia Beach store, or inform me about when it will be restocked. Commonwealth also has frequent in store appearances/performances by some of my favorite music artists. Very, very cool. Will continue supporting this store.

Fancy , grab a bite while shopping the west side pavilion mall.The OLD nordstrom cafe has been up-scaled to this new paper tablecloths full service restaurant. The food is good and has a different twist to your old favorites. Sad that the sandwiches require extra cost for fires or salad or whatever. With that said .... still excellent but just know extras cost. Salads are delicious however a slice of bread requires extra also... Soup and day specials are wonderful. Everyday a new exciting menu.

I went to the store to return something I told the lady that you was a gift from my husband and I didnt have the receipt but I just wanted to like Exchange the item because it was too small I do the lady if I can get on an exchange or store credit she refuse she didnt wanted to help me I wish I was there in the policy that theres no timeframe and if you dont have the receipt and you could get the amount on a gift card so why theyre not using whatever its online on the policy

I had a VERY unbelievable experience 2 weeks ago at Nordstrom Westside Pavillion. Never in my life have I been treated so badly.. The store manager Cheri Botiz is really on a power trip, to say the least. Usually, Nordstrom has the nicest and most accommodating employees. Sadly, she is NOT one of them. I will not go to this store any longer because of this women and her hottie attitude.

Talked to a male associate in the women shoe department ( I didnt get his name) needing help about human resources, and I felt rushed plus hw was being very very rude. However everyone else I talked to was nice. Not sure who that man was, but I will soon find out, and get that settled when I visit the store. I love Nordstrom but I wont tolerate his behavior.

Extremely helpful, great customer service. They helped me get a great gift for my moms birthday last week! I like shopping at Nordstrom because the service people act like I really matter, unlike some of the other upscale stores, where they act like I am lucky just to be let in the door. This is practically the only place I shop for nicer clothes!

Nordstrom really rocks! Cool store, unique shapes, tastefully dark and slightly edgy, but not over the top. This store is definitely influenced by music - the after party with Ladytron was awesome . Creative, quality pieces with cool detail, great for pairing with subtle/simple shapes. Owner and staff are all friendly and down to earth!

this is a wonderful shopping place for my mother, sister, and I. They have been very good and I REALLY like their restaurant. The only really done side that I see is that sometimes the works there seem... bored. And sometimes, the shoe sizes are a little weird. This is my review but others may think differently.

This store has gone down down down in the last 7 to 10 years. The service is bad, the staff is unprofessional and attitudinal, the general vibe of the place is borderline debbie downer. I have spent so much money at this store, but will be boycotting it from this point forward. STAY AWAY! (Westside Pavillion)

Nordstrom is my favorite place to see my friends !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also really like how big and clean this Nordstrom is. It is nicely laid out with pretty decor like sparkling chandeliers and large, comfy couches. Its nice to see how appealing they made it to the customers!
