I dont understand all the negativity. Seems like no matter what stores come to this area, people here tear them apart. Heck, theyll probably do that with IKEA, as well. And people find this store too expensive? Its 30 to 70% off regular prices. What what these same people think of prices at the regular Nordstrom? Wow. My goodness, we cant survive only on the Targets and Walmarts of the world. People need variety & choice. I also dont think that the exact same items are offered at half the price at other discount chains. Thats not true, or at least a gross exaggeration. Items for men are somewhat limited, but thats to be expected. The shoe selection is enormous, with better brands than most all other discount chains. Finally, someone was complaining about the store being very small? This is the average size for a Rack. Not all stores can be the size of a full-line department store at the mall.

Too much hype when it was still being built but did not deliver. Area is so small and gets crowded that you have a hard time walking the aisles , I told my wife it is probably the smallest shopping store in the area and the most expensive. Not much selections and they are not even good quality. Shoes are like payless quality. I probably walked around the whole store in 5-8 minutes. They need to reorganize there floor to open up a little bit, the place is clean and bright but not inviting to shop. I left my sunglass at home so I went looking but did not see any good quick cheap buy - which I think is their purpose they are trying to achieve. Hope they would add more brands/selections.

I have been living and shopping in the Pembroke Area for the last 4 years. So needless to say I was excited about more stores in the Pembroke area. I visited the store tonight looking for a dress and I was very irritated about my experience and will not be coming back. The two male associates that were standing in the front literally followed me around the store as if I were a criminal. They had scowls on their faces making me feel very uncomfortable. Also, the womens dresses smelled old and I was sneezing due to a dust allergy. I will not recommend this store to anyone!

Place & management is a joke...tried to return shoes but just to be hassled by a vague return policy...every shoe inside the place is worn yet tried to return a pair that I has put on there and at home once only to be told they wont exchange them for a pair I wore at the store for longer than the ones I was exchanging....just going to be a big waste of time after I end up simply returning them for a refund when a different crew is working...lost a customer for life

There selection is very limited compared to other locations. Its always a hot mess and unorganized. Id rather shop on there website or go elsewhere.

Crowded, messy, irritating, bad selection. You need a ton of energy to search through a bunch of crap to find something that is vaguely less crappy.

The shoes are my favorite!!!!!! Love Norstroms Rack!!!! Men jeans need updating. My Son struggled finding a youthful style.

Way too expensive for clothes that arent that appealing. Good stop for shoes or home goods, but not worth it to me.
