Okay so this is a DOUBLE SIDED review: So first, the customer service here was pretty good. The ladies working the store were attentive, polite and helpful. Is JC Penny a good store, yes in my opinion it is. Is this LOCATION a good one, no not necessarily. The mall here is pretty awful and all of the stores reflect that in their neglect. They do the best they can with what they have to offer, but the location simply sucks. Thank you JC Penny for staying anyway since college students pretty much just use this store for presentation and business attire.
