I have always been VERY pleased with the service and assistance at this store, in particular. Customer Service NEVER hassles me regarding returns (usually web orders), even without proper receipts. I have only had terrific experiences with the various department clerks. The Café is great place to eat with predictably tasteful entrees and salads, although a little pricey and sometimes the line does not move very quickly. I do a lot of online ordering from Nordstrom and for the first time ever, I reached a Customer service representative at their 800 number who was not helpful and basically told me that my issue "was not their problem." This surprised me, as it seemed a totally "non-Nordstrom" response.

My grandma was so sweet to buy me some shorts as a gift for having her first great grand baby and they shorts are way to small and not what I like. Since she doesnt think about keeping the recipe and she paid cash they will not let me return them and get something out!! HORRIBLE. You are a company that sells to the public and should be able to help ALL your customers!!!!! I spend alot of money in this store and WILL NO LONGER spend money knowing they do not hell the people who pay there pay checks!!!!!!!

AMAZING!!! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The atmosphere is lovely and comfortable. Our server completely made the experience!!! She was funny and inviting. I believe her name was Mindy. She was Asian and I only say that because if I got her name wrong I want her to still be recognized because she is one of the best severs Ive ever had. This restaurant is truly lucky to have such an amazing waitress. 10/10 Recommend!!!

For Nordstrom to call themselves a store with high standards, need to replace the carpet, in all areas of the store. Another flaw is that they are discriminating on who they hire. Basically a white dad with no background, but is a child molester. Get me? You are suppose to give people opportunities to show you their work ethic, not because of their background. Way to go Nordstrom. I will not shop where I wont be hired, and I wont give them any stars.

The selection of shoes and handbags are comparable to the variety they have at your local TJ Maxx. They almost have no staples in stock like Frye, Sam Edelman or Tory Burch. The customer service has only plummeted throughout the years. Just shop online. There is free shipping and more product selection. The cafe and ebar are the only things that keep me coming back. They have the best foods, coffees and service.

Nordstrom Cafe is a dependable eatery...Food is consistently delicious and the service is always personable. Many options of sandwiches, salads and entrees, including a few good breakfast options.
