Everyone who is with you has to be over 21 to buy beer, apparently. 22 years old, and cant buy beer with my 20yo wife and 2yo daughter because my daughter and wife are not over 21. Yes, clearly I was trying to buy them both beer and the pack of cokes were a decoy. The most asinine thing Ive ever experienced in my life. If I were determined to do so, I could just go put my groceries in the car and walk in and go buy my beer at a different register. Will not shop here ever again and am canceling my Sams Club membership in favor of Costco because at the age of 22 I cannot buy beer with my wife or 2 year old daughter being with me. Legally married? Yep. Legally had a child after getting married? Yep. Legally old enough to get go to a bar and drink myself silly? Yep. Able to buy alcohol while shopping at Walmart with my family? Nope. A 2 year old needs an id saying shes over 21 for me to buy alcohol if shes sitting in the buggy with her parents? According to Walmart, definitely.

Clean and well organized. Newer store. UPDATE: Bought tires w/lifetime rot & bal there just over 6 months ago; great price, border line service. Going back for rotations is troublesome. First-time, they said they could not get a locking wheel lug off and I had to go to Tread Quarters (in the middle of the job) and ask them to remove a wheel lock. Tread Quarters had no issues at all doing it and did it for free -- where Walmart, I think, just didnt want to risk messing up the wheel lock. Yesterday, I went for the second rotation. The tires required a specific air inflation point. I informed them of that point, they put it into the system for the technician to follow, and they still missed it by over 15 pounds of pressure. If youre just looking for price, Walmart might be your place. If youre looking for service as well that you can know to be correct, I dont know. Might need to find another place. I like for my tire people to be confident and competent.

I mean, its Walmart. If you are reading this review, Ill assume safely youve never been to a Walmart before in your life. Its a store full of all the items you could possibly need at a moments notice, this being a superstore location offers a Subway on the grocery side of the store with two redbox rental locations conveniently located out front. This location does offer a Murphys Gas station in their parking lot. Once again if you are reading this though, do yourself a favor and explore a Walmart Superstore, its an experience that you can actually for a fact live without once you realize the amount of waiting done in most lines in any of their locations. PRO TIP: Check out at either the jewelry counter or in electronics to make your trip infinitely shorter. PRO TIP: Try to avoid on the week of the 1st of the month.

I am giving this a 2 because I specifically went to WM for a automatic razor for my son. Got a few other items while I was there too, so thats why the extra star. So...bought the Remington R3 power series. He went to use it a few days later and he took it out of the box and before he took it out of the plastic he saw hair! YES HAIR! Someone had used this razor and returned and it got put back on the shelf. I called the 1-800 number for customer service and they said, oh, you can just return it to the store and get your money back. Really?! Gee, I didnt think of that... Walmart, you wonder why I dont like shopping at your stores? You never have enough registers open. You have like 36 of them, but only 5 open. There is never an employee around to help you find something. I will post a picture of this too.

A terrible experience with Tire & Lube: The heavyset blonde girl behind the counter, along with another TLE associate, laughed at an elderly ladys disability after she had left and then about 5 min or so later she made a racist remark under her breath about another customer. Overall, she was rude and unprofessional to everyone in line. During the extremely long wait most of the TLE associates appeared to congregate behind the counter with her, joking and conversing idly (one of the jokes was quite vulgar and could be overheard by everyone, including a female customer who left the line shaking her head in disgust.) And after all of that, my car still had the same oil and air filters as before, even though I paid for new ones.

Expect to wait, for ABSOLUTELY, no reason, if youre in the tobacco isle. For the Life of me, I will NEVER understand why people choose that register when theyre not purchasing tobacco products. Self-check is open, with no wait. Other express lanes are open, but @830pm on a Tuesday, what does it matter?? And, of course, Walmart does not enforce "20 items or less." The person in front of you will have 30 items in a tobacco express line, and look at the people behind them that dont even have a BASKET. Pathetic. People need 2 learn how 2 work a CHIP card, and get in a different line. Walmart, I know is not going 2 change, because they suck, and they know youre gonna spend your $$ there anyway.

Last week my husband and I went to replace out water cooler tank when we realized we did not get a ticket back I went to customer service, the line was so long and they only had one person there. I saw a manager (either Katey or Kathrine) and as I was explaining to her what happen she says "you need to hurry up Im busy"....... not getting mad she told me that when I get to a register to let the cashier know that she said they could fix it to the right price. We brought the water up to customer service when we were ready to check out a wonderful employee Tiara helped us out.

I put some items on layaway there and was satisfied with the manager that assisted initially and the one who helped us with our issue upon picking up our items. However, the care one of my items received was not so great. There was a piece that had broken off from the brake on it. Thankfully it was an easy fix and my husband was able to fix it. The manager that helped when we showed the associate the issue was very nice and gave us their store number and who to ask to fix it. Overall the layaway seemed very stressed and overworked.

I use the online grocery ordering and pick up service here, its an absolute lifesaver. I am mobility-impaired, and a trip through the store shopping completely exhausting. I order my groceries online, and then the friendly and helpful staff bring my groceries out to me and even load them in my car, separating the refrigerated items from the non refrigerated items so that if I need to make multiple trips I can get the important stuff out first

To me, stocking the shelves at 5pm is an inconvenience to the customer. Each isle is blocked with boxes and people moving extra slow because lets face it, they have never been to Wal mart, right!?! For people who are getting off of work and want to "run and grab dinner", take yourself to another location where you can quickly grab your items and be on your way. Inventory shouldnt be done in peak hours of the store.
