contacted the tool department at sears. spoke with a lady in their dept. I asked her if they had chassis tool available. She said, "What is that"? I was disturbed that she didnt offer to check for me to see if its available. When I told her what it is used for, She stated "No we dont have anything like that." I said to her Im seeing it online showing your location as having it. So how does she know if they have the tool or not, when they didnt take the time to look or ask someone else if it is something they carry.? Im not impressed with the customer service. I doubt the knowledge of your staff. I found the tool somewhere else. It cost me $289.95, which I would have been glad to buy from sears. Seems they dont care to do business and make money. No wonder people rate you guys so bad. You loose a sales opportunity when you do not take the time to take care of your customers. I will never try to shop at your store again. I will also tell everyone I know about the poor service there.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. My deliveries ALL went to the wrong addresses. The delivery driver tried to say I wasnt home and they knocked for 20 minutes (I was sitting next to the door, they never showed up), then I found out from our friends helping us move that their truck was several buildings down the road when he pulled in. Then the customer service associate I called said the delivery would be back in 2-4 hours. We waited 6 and they never came, never called, nothing. Now I cant get a supervisor on the line for customer service. Im 9 months pregnant and sleeping on the floor until Sears feels good and ready to deliver my bed. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! Seriously, if the difference youre spending is $20, spend it. Theyre charging $70 for deliveries that dont come where you want them, the way you want them, or when you want them, and Im pretty nervous about the shape this stuff will be in by the time it actually gets here. Pathetic.

I have had to deal with a customer service line in a foreign country on about 4 occasions regarding an issue. The service was fine, but I eventually asked one of the individuals what country she was in because on occassion she had to repeat the phrase due to her accent. I had no problem with any of this. However, when she said she was not allowed to disclose what country she was in, I was kind of shocked. Not impressed with Sears on this--if you are going to send us to customer service overseas, then at least give me the courtesy of what country they are in...these foreigners are, you know, allowed accessed to me home information. Sears, you are hiding something, and now it makes me wonder why you wont allow customers to know this information. I have asked country of origin questions before of other countries and never got this response.

One star for "Hated it!". This is about the 4th time that Ive had to go through this nonsense! I am MONUMENTALLY disappointed in Sears! I cannot believe the extent that I had to go to find out if they have a small engine repair service. I STILL DO NOT KNOW! The people at Sears did not know! Sears? Your employees SUCK, but that is YOUR responsibility for NOT training them properly! I also do not appreciate having to speak to someone who is stationed at a call center in another country who cannot even pronounce "Sears"! Much more just to get a local number to Hampton, VA USA! Pathetic! BTW! There are people in this country who need work! I will NOT provide you my business any longer!

I arrived at 2:15 and wasnt helped until about 2:40. I needed to get all my tires replaced and was there for almost 5 hours until 7:05. At about 4 I saw my vehicle on the lift. At 5 I asked how much time was left and was told it wouldnt be started on for another 45 Minutes and reminded them how long i had been there for. Asked again at 6:15 and it still had not been started on. I asked to see the Manager and he was already gone and no one was there except for the store clerk and two mechanics. Their had been at least 4 other people who came in after me, left before me, and had waited for 2 hours before they had gotten an oil change.

Not to happy with this place . i purchased a pressure washer and it. Last me 1 day. I tryed taking it back and 2 employees didnt want to assit me. 1 actually told me i was using the pressure washer wrong... Mmmm the exhaust had broken off. If you actually look at the reviews this item seems to have that issues . anyways. They replaced it and same thing. Now im on my 3rd one and the issue happened again. I called the store and no one ever answers. My wife went up there and they told her we need to pay fpr the repairs. We paid for 3 years warranty on it. This place is so horrible i will never ever shop at sears again. Go to homedepot

This is by far the worst Sears Ive ever been to in my entire life! I never write reviews, but this place was horrific. The employees completely discriminated against my wife. At first they ignored her questions several times. Following that the employees were rude, very short and kept repeating themselves in sarcasm. They answered my questions without any issues. I couldnt figure it out at first, but then I caught on to what was going on. Im black so they were kosher with me, but my wife is white. Bottom line is if you are not African American youre forewarned you will be discriminated against at this Sears I promise you!

I purchased a$4000.00 refrig (including extended warranty til 10/2019) from Sears and have had problems with the same part since 2 months after purchase (same part replaced 5 times). My warranty qualifies me for another refrig after 3 of same problem in a year. I have had 3 parts replacement this year. The last replacement was 8/8/2017 and I woke up this morning with the part inop (broken) again and water in my kitchen floor. I tried calling their corporate office, was on hold for 17 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I need the name of a good lawyer..... #JoyceShepherd

I bought an expensive mattress and foundation about two weeks ago. I had to call and reschedule delivery because it was initially at a time that worked best for them. Rescheduled, and the day of the delivery they were late. I paid for the haul away service and was told they couldnt take the old items because their truck was too full. Ive left numerous surveys/comments requesting a manager to call me. Three weeks later and no call. Not impressed with this business, Id recommend you drive past this one.

Most employee attitudes in the tool department are horrible. They act like they are doing you a favor and are actually kind of hostile. This is not a one time occurrence. Ive encountered this on multiple visits. Hate to say its racial but I wonder. Ive written corporate about this due to the fact that another Sears is far from me but Ive received no response and there has been no improvement. Order online and pickup at Kmart would be my advice.
