This was by far the worst experiece I have ever had. Starting off with my ring i bought from the jewlery deparment, had it for a month and the diamond fell off and i paid $80 to get it resized so that i didnt have to wait 2 weeks! We returned the ring and they told us there have been alot of problems with this specific ring and they advised us to get a different ring, so we did and paid more for it. Walmart only goes up 2 sizes for their rings and they have to be shipped off and resized and that it would take about two weeks for this whole process. I brought the second ring back up their i finally gave in and was willing to wait 2 weeks for the ring to be resized. First things first the sales associate TAMIKA is the nastiest person ever. The lady that was at the jewlery counter was calling for TAMIKAS assistants at jewlery over the walkie talkie on a question i had about the ring sizing. In a very rude response TAMIKA replied " DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT!?" The lady said "a customer has a question and would like you to come to jewlery." I waited so long for TAMIKA to come, me and the lady that was already at the counter figured everything out. TAMIKA finally showed up 15 mins and ask what is it that we needed. We said we didnt need her anymore because we had figured it out. TAMIKAS response in a very rude and nasy tone "GOOD". Im speechless by the way this associate acted and then when i asked her for her name she said Tamika and she said "and that is SPELLED T-A-M-I-K-A".I am so dissapointed,disgusted and cant take anymore of how un professional this women was. I put my order in with the other lady for it to be shipped off, they noted it will be shipped same day, The order paper even states "date sent" 5/14/2015, which is the day that i brought it up there. On May 26 2015 I called up there and asked if my ring has come in and the lady said that the ring has never been shipped due not having any shipping envelopes in stock to ship it off. My Jaw litterly drops I am so upset and i want to cry!!!!!! Needless to say noone even contacted me to inform me of any of this. I really want to give up at this point. I asked to speak with management at this point. I was connected to Assistant Manager of the front of the house Schyler he seemed to be very concerned and he said he would escalate the issue and notify Jeff the store manger and Candice the manager of the jewlry department. I hope that this issue will be resolved quickly.

I love this Walmart. Im a regular customer. All the employees are so nice and helpful. I know some of them by name and shift. Bill the door greeter is always on point. Although I have noticed on a couple occasions how there are three males in their upper chain of command who have nasty attitudes towards their employees discussing poor work ethnic. Its unprofessional and customers can overhear it. It no wonder some guests have issues with employees. Vladamir is a good floor manager hes always happy, helpful even when he was just a cashier clerk. What I hate is sometimes when they try to raise money for chkd they tend to insult customers or make customers feel uncomfortable with that being right at the door and sometimes the girls can get verbally disgusting demanding customers over while they are tied down to a chair. First off thats not funny nor is it cute in fact its very offensive being that I was a former paraplegic every time I see it I want to smack whoevers idea that was. There heart is in the right place its for a good cause but sheesh louise change the tactics please. Overall I love this Walmart and the fact that its always armed with police is nice. Thumbs up

Every time I do a return or an exchange I always have a problem with this one ghetto associate in the customer service dept. She has very poor customer service skills. I have complained on her numerous times for the way she has treated me. She will tell me I can not return an item, or exchange it because it is against their policy. I then end up having to call a manager, who then lets the associate know that she is wrong and I am right. This is the only one that gives me a problem when I go there. Im in awe that she is still employed there. Next time I have an issue with her, I will be complaining to home office instead of the customer service dept. or the store manager.

Every cashier customer service desk worker, frontend supervisor everybody has an IQ of a teardrop they are the most incompetent people working in the retail industry. They were giving a title and a different color vest to wear and they think that they are retails best I have been in retail for over 35 years , A store manager for 20+ years and I am totally confused on the hiring process at the store carries anybody I mean anybody can get a job in the store. They do have one saving grace I met a young lady her name was Jackie I believe the only one with any common sense the only one I believe pooping count change it back without looking at it on the screen

This store has horrible management. One of the register managers Sherryell is a discussing human. She has no clue what customer service is. This whole store is a joke. Impossible to find a associate to help and if you do expect they will be rude and less that helpful. Nasty store with nasty people. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere. I truly belive this is one of the worst locations I have ever shopped at and its sad because of the location to my home. Well worth the drive to the other Jefferson store or the one on mercury blvd. Dont waste your time in this location.

I pushed the button for $60 cash back, and sure enough they didnt have any. Problem really started with Mildred the manager. She took her sweet 12minutes to bring us cash. Then did not pause to acknowledge us as dissappointed humans. She handed me the cash (I was politely holding a smile) and she said not one word. I asked her if I was good to go, she looked at me annoyed and nodded. Awesome! I attribute this experience to the Walmart culture. Poor upper management. Poor spirit and no passion at the top. I will continue to avoid this store at all costs.

Been in this return line for 10 mins just being ignored this is just to much cant even believe this they talking among themselves one looked me right in my face and said she was going on a 15 the other walked from the counter to help a lady that walked up after me to find a lost plastic bag REALLY ARE U SERIOUS ,now the lady thats left is arguing with a customer about his freaking phone number OMG TO MUCH, ok when I finnaly made it up there cashier was SOOOO RUDE never again

I ordered a cake for a friends baby shower and it was PERFECT ! They got the design right, were able to match the icing to her baby colors, and the cake itself was delicious. Everyone at this location is always so kind and the line is always moving swiftly. Not sure what this Walmart is doing that others in the area arent, but I definitely prefer this location over the one in Hampton .
