Horrible service, didnt get greeted at the register when we were ready to purchase. Then I needed to use the restroom , I was told I needed to go to the cutomer service desk for the key, upon approaching the desk the associates just looked at me without saying anything , I asked for the key which was then shoved at me. Upon entering the bathroom? Iwas appalled. First off one of the lights were out, there was no soap, just hand sanitizer, there was black mold all along the base board and the toilet paper was not in the empty toilet paper holder, but on the nasty floor. This place needs some serious help before I ever go back.

Roses is mostly a closeout store, similar to Big Lots, but they also carry regularly stocked merchandise. You can find really good deals on most things here. They carry furniture, electronics, apparel, shoes, home goods, kitchenware, toys, limited food items, lawn and garden items, health and beauty products, some automotive and home repair and maintenance items, and they also carry a nice selection of seasonal items for all the major holidays. I gave 4 stars out of five because the store does look dingy and disorganized and wait times at the checkout can be a little long.

My first time in this store and I bought a bra upon other things yesterday and upon me getting home I had noticed that it was broken. So I went in to return it and I was told that they couldnt give me a refund. Seriously? Not even 24 hours later and all the tags are still on the bra and has never been worn! So I am unable to wear or use something I bought due to it being broken! Sorry not good customer service at all. She tried to hand me the bra back and I told her to just throw it away as I had no use for a broken bra. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

Worse customer service ever. Ordered a simple Reeses blast and was rang up for a blueberry lemonade. So similar I guess but then it was my fault for listening not the lady taking the order then demand more money for the replacement after you pulled me passed the window and not even give me a receipt. No just give me my money back for drink and the second employee running mouth that Im not doing all this running back and fourth. So a 3rd employee brought me my refund really. But can run your mouth as soon as you shut window or walking away . So never will be back

I will never buy clothes from this store again. After only one time wearing and washing, my daughters dress is ruined. We havent even had the dress for a entire month! Poor quality clothes and poor customer service. Never again! I wasted $10.00 on a dress that she cant wear ever again.

Great deals on slightly damaged stuff. Most items you cant even tell what or where the damage is, and the rest, you dont care because its somewhere or something that doesnt matter. A bit cluttered, but all in all, a good store.

The male associate working in the back with the furniture was super nice and helpful but when we went to check out the cashier (an elderly woman) was extremely rude to my husband and slow we wont be coming back to this location.

Infrequent on designer clothing. Although when they do get a good shipment in the deals are better than everyone else in town. Closest thing youll find to Zayre, for those reminiscent about old department stores.
