I bought the Kenmore Pro stainless steel refrigerator and seperate freezer a year and a half ago. They came to my home a year and a half ago in great condition. At Your Service came to my home to attach the trim kit and laid them down on their doors to attach them in the back and put a dent in the freezer door. OK accidents happen but over the past year and a half Sears has been unsuccessful at sending me a freezer door without a dent. Over and over damaged replacement doors have been sent to my house and that is only after calls and calls to the store begging them to help me. And what should not happen is the Store Manager Bruce and the Electronics Manager Carla have been terrible at handling this. Carla lies and tells me she will call with more information and never does and when I am able to get the Store Manager (which is almost impossible to do) he passes me back to Carla again. THIS IS DRAGGING ON WAY TOO LONG! Someone from Sears Headquarters please investigate your Belair Maryland store. Something is terribly wrong with Customer Service with your Managers in that store. it all started when i went to go get a new bed. i walked in and this at first normal man came up to me and my mother and asked if we needed help.we said that we were looking for a plush-like bed and he said sure thing and helped us over to the hardest bed in the whole store. after i was blown away by his stupidity. i finally found a plush bed on my own and jumped into it and i said "hey mom this one doesnt make nearly as my current bed". the sears worker then jumped in with numerous sexual references and really gave me the heebos. after i was violated verbally i bought the bed and ran out to avoid anymore uncomfortable contact with another sears worker. i will literally never walk into another sears ever again, i would rather walk on broken glass then to be violated like that by one of those creeps ever again.

Think twice before you purchase anything from Sears. They have a 30 day return policy..end of story. Even if the item is defective! They only want to issue a store credit for the lowest selling price, not what you paid. And the only reason I got that option because I requested a Manager, who would only talk to me through the cashier. I will never purchase anything from Sears again, and you should think twice before you make a purchase. FYI...the purchase was made on 5/19/17 and I tried to return it on 6/24/17...5 days over their 30 day policy...Really! I did not want to give any stars, but in order to post I had to give 1 star.

Went to buy a dryer since I just purchased a washer there. The guys working the area were nice. I found the same Dryer at Lowes for the same price with free shipping. Of course I asked the guys if theyd honor Lowes offer. They responded with "I wish I could help you", so I responded with "Im sure Lowes will thank you for helping them make a sale". Im not getting a Sears card to get free shipping. Ill buy your product, but I dont want your credit card. I guess in 20 years Ill be stopping at Lowes, because Sears will be a memory. Learn to innovate and you might survive.

Horrible Customer service!!!!! Took me 2 days to get a call in to the Bel Air store by calling the # listed....had to call Womens Apparel and ask for the Manager to get help with my VACUUM! Apparently the Call center, who is who you will talk to when you call, doesnt know what they are talking about. They quoted us a 3 day turnaround to clean our vacuum, it turned out it was going to take 2 wks! They ship all their repairs to Laurel...do yourself a favor go to a REAL shop....save yourself the time, hassle, & aggravation! I will NEVER go back there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish there was a negative 5 star...This is NOT the 1st time I have had TERRIBLE service with SEARS...but it will be the LAST time I do business with SEARS!!! I paid extra for Sunday delivery and for them to put my grill together...guess what....? The service guys call me Sunday at 7:00 am to tell me SORRY, we cant deliver today, your grill isnt put together! Not the 1st time this has happened...SEARS YOU NEED TRAINING ON YOU ECUSTOMER CARE!!!

Horrible Customer Service!!! I bought a new lawn tractor from there and it was a nightmare. I had to fight for everything the ad said I was supposed to get. They couldnt tell us how long the tractor would take to get and were more worried about selling us the 3 year extended warranty than anything else. I will buy elsewhere next time. The store manager and assistant manager where horrible to deal with.
