Reading some of the reviews and would like to address some of the concerns with an inside look of things an I used to work there. This Sears is NOT CLOSING. I repeat NOT CLOSING. I get tired of hearing the same old remark "this is why Sears is closing." No, all retail stores are struggling in thanks to the Amazon giant, except what keeps other store alive is their variety of products. Sears focused on appliances, mattresses, clothing and shoes. Thats about it. Lines are long because we are using systems that not even Christopher Columbus would consider fast. Bear with us. Managers are not the best because they are getting their *** chewed out on a daily basis because Eddie Lampert wants us to hit unrealistic goals. Best believe, if we do not know if we carry something its not because we are ignorant its just that the store is changing quick and we are not updated with what is staying and what is leaving. Ultimately, we made Macys down the street close as we beat them out plain and simple. Give Sears a chance and remember that you cannot judge based off one associate. (Left on good terms)

I love this store and I miss going here. Been going here since I was a kid. A great reminder of my childhood. I shop here mostly for craftsman tools because back in the day I used to race cars and later rode sportbikes.. and still do.. Whenever I need a special tool I can always run to Sears.. and if they break Sears took care of it. My family bought a couple of appliances here as well. I have since moved to the east coast years ago and Im glad that this same store is still in business. My Mom still shops here. We should support stores like these because they have been helping the communities that they are in. I still shop at the Sears around my way here in the east coast. Lawn and Garden department is the best. They pretty much have all what my ride on Craftsman lawn mower will ever need. And got a great deal on a dishwasher as well with my Sears card. Great store and Im pretty sure my young daughter will like shopping at Sears as well.

I had the type of experience you would have from buying appliances at a swapmeet. I specifically asked the sales person like three times, are you charging me for delivery.?. He said no and I went ahead and paid for my fridge. Shure enough he did charge me for delivery. I called the next day to try and get my money back for the delivery. The maneger said the sales person was off for the day and needed to ask him what happend before he returned my money. He said he would call me first thing next morning (delivery date). He didnt. I called, neither of the persons I spoke to on the phone about it where available. Avoid this place take your money elsewhere

Every time I stop at this place I find the customer service to be very good and always friendly. Staff is very helpful to direct you to where you can find what you need it even help you find it until you get what you are happy with. There is a lot of parking in both the front as well as the back areas where other smaller shops share the space. The mens department which is where I shop, is very organized and clean not like other locations that some times are messy and out of place. Depending on what sales are going g on Ive always found what I need at a reasonable price and quality service from the staff.

I walked in to get photos taken of my 4 month old son and the woman taking the pictures was very short with me. She treated me like she was annoyed she had to deal with me. When I asked her how long she thought till she can take photos of my baby she wouldnt respond or look at me and there was no way in h#@l she didnt hear me. I feel very disrespected. Ill never try to buy from Sears again.

Sears carries a nice variety of work boots. I purchased DieHard boots about 6 years ago and now Im finally buying myself a new pair of boots. This boots are very durable and last half a decade. My new boots are very comfortable even without insoles. Would really recommend Sears boot for both value and durability.

I ordered a razor online and received a confirmation email from them, saying the item was ready for pick-up. When I got there, they said they didnt have the item in stock and asked me if I wanted to upgrade. What a waste of my time and gas. I will never buy anything from sears again.

My husband and I went there to buy a vacuum cleaner. Hilary was very helpful. She handled our sale in a very professional manner. She was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude all around. If anyone needs help with vacuums, Hilary is the pretty girl that works upstairs.

This place is piece of garbage today was my first day and only I step in this store, 2 of the cashiers including a guy where making fun of the customers, they should take care of their self before criticize people. all of them in very bad shape!! Lol

This Sears is a dump. Trying to look through disorganized clothes racks for something in my size , which they dont have even though its the most common mens size. Staff is not that friendly or helpful and it takes forever to check out.

Came in to look for window treatments and when asked for yen 5 employees in a row admitted the had no idea if the store carried them.... what are they getting paid for???? Dying chain that deserves to close down....

The inside of this Sears location has looked like it was going out of business since 1992. Nothing has improved over the years. I highly recommend that you drive, take a bus or Uber over to the Sears in Burbank.

Got my toolset today. Had to go out the Mens section. Then go to the Merchandise Pick-up. Went to the kiosk, and got it handed to me. Sign asked for CREDIT CARD and STATE ISSUED ID. Didnt ask for mine.

Ive never had a bad experience here but then again Ive never had a stand-out good experience either. The place is a little sad and needs a refresh with some better lighting and music to liven it up.

Good staff, never crowded, needs to be cleaner. Spend money re money on sanitation and less on security and tying everything down: I.e.: is there really a need to lock down 7 dollar colognes?

STORE CLOSING: This large, heritage Sears location is calling it quits. Along with Macys across the street, this stretch of Laurel Canyon is lined with closed retailers.

This is the first time I go to this Sears and I really liked it. There was a lot of parking. Most of the stuff was on sale and the service was great at checkout.
