The manager was rude today!! Waiting in line to get my lay away out, no one in line but me. I asked for help after about 10 minutes, they saw me waiting, no came over to me.I asked for help again after another 10 minutes. Finally a very nice girl came over to help me, and she told me sorry for the wait. But as soon as I turned my back to leave the counter. I heard the manager tell the girl that helped me, you dont have to say sorry!!! That manager had bad customer service, she needs to be retrained.

Ive been here a couple of times. customer service and everythings okay but I had trouble with the manager on duty (we came around like... 8 pm Monday evening) and she was so impatient, impolite. The manager cant talk to her customers politely, she doesnt seem to know how to communicate well with customers (and her employees). Dont act like you have authority over people. This manager on duty should grateful that they have customers and good employees. You dont get paid to be impatient and grumpy.

Great to come to buy the shopping recycle bags and also cups. Yes I just said it.. cups!!! They definitely have a vast selection when it comes to cups. We love cups.. you just have to spend time to look around for that unique cup and buy it right away. I think when it comes to gifts, I come here to buy them and they are cups.. sH!!!!!

Not well maintained, dirty, also none of the employees know whats going on in store, one tells me restroom is open, and then anither tells me is closed had me running back and forth to clearly find a sign at the restroom that it is out of service which is a lie because they said they only open at a cettain tome of the day

Poorly maintained. Also, I asked fitting room attendant for a price check that was right next to the fitting room and she told me to look at the other prices and said they would probably be around the same. Got to register and had to wait for price check from someone else. Cashier was nice though.

They had alot of natural hair care products that i appreciated. I bought a big bottle of African black soap for 7.99 (originally 14.99). Also, i bought some Croc sandals for 20 bucks. They are soo comfortable! The workers were really friendly and i enjoyed my shopping experience. 5 stars
