Im their customer and I bought a shoe tonight and they charged me more tan the price of the Item I bought. I checked the price by accident and asked them why this happens. They told me there computer have a problem .then I asked them return is going to be right away in to my account they say yes .so I told them lets do it .they did the return but when I checked my account I saw return didnt happened so I asked her why didnt happened she said I get the manager then Jennifer came over and said it might take up to 3 days .I asked them why they didnt tell me it might take up to 3 days .They didnt apologize .so I asked them for there mistake I have to wait this long over .anyway transaction happens and they gave me store manager card and I told them that this never happens in my life that store charges me more than a price on the item I will call tomorrow and see what they going to do for me.

Went there today and going to return the shoes i bought last week, and i first try to look a smaller size and they dont have it so i decided to exchange it with more expensive shoes.Went to Cashier and they wont let me cause i already use it and she told me that i just dont like it what a crap to say if thats the case why i want it exchange i could just get a refund and she told me about a Worn out policy is not acceptable BUT if is Damage is OK,, and here the other cashier refunding this guy with worn out shirt And NO LABEL AND NO RECEIPT, which i Have , what A CRAP, The person Names are EVELYN and FABIAN,..... NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE "RACK" AGAIN..............

I hardly ever come back empty handed, and the prices are pretty great, but it is a very different customer experience from the regular Nordstroms. The racks are messy and the place is crowded. Its hard to maneuver if its busy. I also always budget half an hour to check out because the lines are never short. I sort of make it an event when I go there because it is never quick. Worth it? Most of the time yes!

Great prices and selection. You need to spend some time here. Its not a quick stop type of place. The staff is not always that friendly. Sometimes it seems there is a communication challenge. But if you want Nordstrom quality at bargain prices... then take a look at this place. Just know you may not always find that specific item as selection varies greatly. That said, youre sure to find something else.

Awesome selection of discounted shoes, great deals, great with returns, main line may get quite long, but great speedy checkout on the floor when you pay with a card!! Always busy...especially weekends..go weekday mornings or later in the evening!!

Man this place is always packed, especially during the holidays. I think many people dont know that most employees here have hand held devices where they can pay for their stuff using a credit card. The actual store lines are always super line.

We were able to find a lot of gems in the store, especially in the shoe department. The staff told us that one item would come into the store in a few days, but it never did. There are almost always lines. The store is almost always busy.

I am not a real shopper but I do wear a size 15 shoe and have a hard time finding any selection in my size. This place was amazing! There was a wall full of size 15 shoes with a good variety of styles. I was very pleased.

Very cool inside to get of the heat. Overall the store is well attended but isles are packed . It you are looking for something specific be prepared to take your time when going through all of those racks of clothing

I use these guys the other day because they were cheaper then other companies. I was surprised to see that just because they were cheap it didnt mean they werent good. They did an excellent job rekeying my locks.

It is a busy store so dont pack to get out of there within 10 minutes you want great deals its well worth the wait the employees are such a amazing people they work really hard and they get you out really fast

This place is ok for finding cheap stuff, but dont confuse it with the regular Nordstrom store at topanga. Staff not as friendly return policy different. Dont get me wrong the prices are good.

As expected, super busy on a Saturday. But the selection is good, and they have cashiers all over the store to get you in and out as quick as they can. If I go back, itll be on a weekday.

BIG store with lots of options. They have a TON of shoes if thats what youre looking for. Runs full sizes from kids to lots of womens and mens up into the 15-18 sizes as well.

Its like a scavenger hunt for designer clothes. Fun! The credit card only kiosks are really nice new touch. Makes the rack fully accessible and affordable.

Love this place! But occasionally there are cash-wrap parties and the associates are busy goofing off. But they stop when they see someone needs help.
