Hopefully this issue is fixed so I can change my rating. Bought a pair of uggs online they came in the mail but were the wrong size. No problem I understand it happens. Went to the the store to exchange them employees were very helpful and friendly. Was notified that they would mail out the right size. So 4 days later which is today I received the shoes 2/20/2017. I opened the box and found an unpacked dirty and used pair of uggs. The bottom sticker on the she was dirty and had been placed back on. The soles are scuffed and worn. I wish I could post pics cause even the box had white stickers over the labels white the shoe info written on them. So use caution when ordering from Nordstrom cause thier shipping department needs some serious overhauling after sending out these shoes. I paid for new uggs in the original box with original packaging.

this stores employees/managment is HORRIBLE!!! The manager Nikki Gomez, treated me so horribly, Im mexican an she acted as if I was gonna walk in an steal everything.. even when I flashes my wallet an money in her face she just followed me as if I was gonna steal... when i ask her where the Mens belts was she walked away and said "ill have someone else help you" I didnt mind she didnt seem like she even wanted to help.. but of course she sent nobody to help, i just left and went to Macys better deals an they actually care about their customers..! The store manager was very useless, spoke to her briefly she just wanted to get off the phone, just visit the store or have any interactions with managment an youll get what im saying!

I can not believe ,this Nordstrom has the worst employees ever ,most of them are racist .I was in Nordstrom store ,I explained to them that I wanted to exchange a top but I dont have receipt and tag ,I ma sure because I Have accent ,the white girl in Second floor did not help me.And she literally told me that I lied !I went to Store customer service another racist employee did not help me.I told them ,is something change about Nordstrom return policy ,she did not give a logical explanation.I called Nordstrom customer service and I explained situation ,they helped me to return my top by mail to Nordstrom and get my money back!Worst Nordstrom store ever!

If I am going to spend $150 on an ugly T-Shirt its going to be in Beverley Hills not at some wannabe fashion store at the worst mall in California. The prices are horrible, sales people here are douchbags and they have no signs at the escalator telling you what is on the next floor. Avoid this store and this mall all together its pathetic. Zero stars!!!

My only complaint would be that the ladies at the perfume department will not leave you alone to breathe or think about what youd like. Youll get about 3 people at a time shoving new gift sets in your face. Really annoying. They need to back off

My wife use to shop at Northstrom. Not any more. Politics dont mix with business. By dropping Ivankas Trump line you loose American clientele. You must support America and our President. By by Northstrom we will never shop at Northstrom again.

The employees at the Joe Malone counter are racist. Went to buy perfume with my mom & as soon as the girl heard my moms accent she pretty much blew us off and wouldnt help us. Not the kind of place I wanna spend money in again.
