Terrible experience. Bought a TV in Thousand Oaks and went here to pick it up because they didnt have it in Stock. I get there with 15 minutes to spare before closing. Look for merchandise pickup and I cant find it. Cant find an associate either to ask. Go to a register and Im told rudely that its outside and theyre closing right now (we had 7 minutes to spare at this point). Whatever, Im a big girl Ill try and find it. Literally ran around the house store trying to find it. No dice and Im getting angry. Go back in and find the same girl (she was the only one available that I could find) and she rudely gives us haphazard directions followed by "But you wont make it in time." Excuse me? I should have asked to see a manager at this point because thats just not okay. I get that its late and you want to go home, Ive been there. But have some tact about it. Maybe offer to call the pickup location or.... Walk me over? Its kind of confusing and I know people suck but please I just want to get my stuff and go home as fast as you.And its your job. Ive never had such an experience before in retail. Id be calling corporate right now about how crappy this whole experience has been but its closed now.

If you buy here, please aware of their RETURN POLICY. AFTER 30 DAYS YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. I falsely assume that like other reputable stores I would at least get a store credit with my receipt after the 30 days. But no such luck here. And its not like I was returning an item that was unsalable or damaged -- it was a pair of Levys with tags (of which they have plenty of at that same store with the same type and size!) Personally, Id rather pay a little extra and have the confidence that I could return an item and still get something back in case I cant return it in 30 days.

Ive called Sears in Northridge, CA and spoke with Francis. I needed a help in the kitchen wear department. He tried to find some one since he did not work in the department, but he could not find one. I was sure that I had to call back from my past experience with them, but to my surprise, he offered to help me. After some research, he told me with an apology that they did not have what I was looking for, and he gave me names of some other stores might have it. He went beyond the call of his duty to help me. Apr 13 2013 I took my Car to an alignment .( My Car type was listed on Sears car listing ) then I wasnt able to drive Home...I called them back right away , Carlos my supervisor was saying cause my car need shocks and truts...Monday morning take a day off and I took my car to my dealership ( Saturday wasnt open-thats why I choosd Sears) they printed me out how Sears screwed up my alignment ... Sears mistake was $274...now I am waiting for the refund...

Very disappointed in the time line of the service. 8:09 am arrived stood in line until 8:30 am, vehicle was checked in and I was advised it would be an hour. Watched cars arrive after me and get taken in before me, sat for the hour in which time my car never moved - spoke with manager and he said oh we are taking appts at 8:00 am now. My reply was I had a 9am appt and arrived early like you suggested. Not even an apology.

Called multiple times and waited for over 20 min getting transferred and hung up on all to ask one question that wasnt answered. How hard is it to answer a phone check a computer and say yes we have the product or no we dont. The lack of professionalism there is abysmal, I couldnt literally hear a person before I was hung up on a few times. I will do everything I can to never shop at this Sears again.

Im so frustrated. I am calling the store to ask about purchase a generator. I have called 5 times. Three times trying to speak with an operator. 2 with the appliance department. Every time, the call goes through, it rings and rings then finally hangs up on you!!!! Disgusted and frustrated!!!!

Oh my gosh... is anyone alive there!?!?!?!... I must have called over a dozen times to see if they have a shoe department for buying my work boots.. (dont want to drive over 20 miles if they dont have one) guess Ill be taking my business where they can answer the phones.

really...you have 1 register per level, with one cashier. Ridiculous amount of time to wait to purchase, stood for 25min and didnt move. If i wasnt returning something i would have left. Now I know why i never shopped or will ever shop at Sears.

Only 1 dressing room and had to walk all the way across the store.to use it. Only 1 checkout and it had a very slow long line. Didnt buy as much as I might have if the had dressing rooms closer.
