TAB Auto Brokers is your typical used car dealer. I recently made an out-of-state deal with (Frank Tabachka – TAB owner) for a $30,000 Lexus. TAB had this particular vehicle listed on their website and several other websites. There were several pictures posted of the vehicle, almost 30. The vehicle looked like brand new, not a single scratch on any panel, no scuffs on the interior of any kind and had a clean CARFAX report! Frank guaranteed there would be, ‘No surprises.’ Upon arriving at TAB’s ‘warehouse’ (after driving 3.5 hours) and closely inspecting the vehicle, I discovered that the vehicle Frank Tabachka was planning to sell me was NOT the vehicle pictured on his website. Both vehicles were the same color inside and out however, the vehicle pictured on the website had a pinstripe; the vehicle I was presented did not. This was an immediate red flag. Fortunately, I brought along a certified mechanic to verify the vehicle, he confirmed that this vehicle had been wrecked in the front and repaired ‘off the books’ so there would be no record reported to CARFAX. After looking closely at the front of the vehicle it was obvious to see the paint overspray in the wheel-wells where the vehicle had been repaired and re-painted. After confronting Frank about this, he ADMITTED that the vehicle pictured on the website was in fact another vehicle that was previously sold. Frank said, “I sell so many of these things, I can’t take pictures of every individual car I sell.” Personally, I don’t think it is unreasonable to show potential buyers actual photos of the vehicle. Frustrated, I returned home without a new car. Don’t make a $30k+ mistake with TAB Auto Brokers!

My wife and I purchased a car from Frank yesterday. I have purchased and leased a number of cars in the past and I have to say that dealing with Frank (the owner) was one of, if not the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. Frank priced the car we were interested in extremely competitively. I almost never write reviews, but after checking out Tab reviews before going to Tab yesterday, I was a bit hesitant after seeing only 2 reviews, one of which was negative, so I thought I have to share my experience, as I dont know how you can have a negative experience when dealing with these guys. Extremely honest, caring, informative, and overall excellent dealership and owners. Frank was very honest and transparent during all aspects of the transaction. No pressure, no rush, even offered to keep the shop open for us after hours during the week so we can stop by after work. After we left, my wife and I agreed immediately that we are buying our next car(s) from Frank. Truly a great experience all around. Keep up the great work guys.

Just picked up a 2014 X5 from Todd & Frank last month. Purchased the car sight unseen based on pictures, car fax & Todds description. The car was shipped from Chicago to Philly and arrived with no issues. It was better than expected - perfect in fact, while it was also the best price that I could find anywhere - $4k less than the local BMW dealer wanted for a 2013 with higher mileage. It was a pleasure doing business and I would not hesitate recommending TAB to anyone. This is my 4th purchase from them. They are the real deal.

Love these guys. Wife and I were looking for a 3 row SUV. We described the makes and models we favored to Todd & Frank and a month later got a call that they had a vehicle for us to look at. They walked us thru the good and bad points of the vehicle;let my wife test drive for a couple of days to make sure she liked it;made the paperwork easy (they have a great practice golfing net in back)..It was the best car buying experience Ive had. These are good guys. I will buy from them again.

Very simple, honest, and easy car buying experience. They didnt negotiate on the price, but it was already priced well below what I saw similar cars listed for online. Frank was very friendly and courteous and my wife and I were happy to buy a car from him.

Owner would not let me test drive unless i was "going to buy the car today." I attempted to reason with him. H e claimed, "its my business and Ill do what I want." Smug and arrogant. Would never give this company my business.
