Theyre worth the 5 stars, thats for sure! Orlando was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, it was a fast and smooth process. I got a truck at an extremely reasonable price. I wouldve paid up to 2k more! :) Orlando was upfront on the total costs and gave a detailed break down of everything. i didnt feel as though I was short-changed off in any way. Their staff were helpful, it was a good quality vehicle; at an amazing price! I originally went with them because of the Google reviews and so I can see why all the great reviews. Going forward, this will be the place that I recommend to family and friends!

They sold me a minivan but they did not have the title to it,which they did not tell me.So two months later still no title.They told me they couldnt give me the title because there was a problem at the auction.I ended up taking the vehicle back to the dealer after going thru hell. And the owner was constantly hiding from me.Every time I called and asked about the title they would lie to and tell me it was the secretary of state thats slow,when they never had it to begin with. He still owes me around a $1000 because he refused to give me full refund, and I guess ill never get that back.So my advice:DONT BUY THERE.

first thing Neill is the manager who wrote his own review of the place he works at. I bought a car there, and after just 15 miles check engine light turned on. We tried to work it out with them because they said they want to fix the car for us, but that never happened. They kept the the car for almost a month, and didnt fix the problem at all. We even tested it at the Volkswagen dealer, and paid $120 just for the diagnosis, they still didnt fix the problem. We eventually paid $1700 for the repairs.Strongly recommended:NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! THEM!!!!!! @.)

this is the worst place ever to purchase a car at. they are liars and scam artists. all their vehicles are over priced more then the kbb value! my husband purchased a car from these people and they swore up and down that there was nothing wrong with the car come to find out the wires were rigged and the car was in an accident and the jerk jake didnt tell him. stay away from this place!!!

Excellent customer service! Orlando was very helpful in getting us approved! He went above and beyond to get us approved. We bought a GMC Acadia and it runs great! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a Good used car to go to Orlando! It was a great experience for my Husband and I. We Definitely had a better experience than we had at Nissan.
