If I could give them 0 stars I would. At first we really had a good experience with them until we found out they sold us a car that was not safe and should not have been sold. The subframe is rotting out! We have only had it for a month. They will not take it back. Dont waste your time or money with these people. They take advantage of people and once they put you into a lemon they wash their hands of you. We have contacted our lawyer. I dont see that they will be in business for long!

Enrique Ramirez is the man to see. This was my first time financing a car to build my credit, so I was nervous, but he made me incredibly comfortable and went above and 1000% beyond to make sure I left the lot the same day with not only a wonderful car, but one I could afford. Im a very macho guy, but the experience and overall compassion shown to me here nearly brought me to tears. This place reassures you that there are still people who actually do care. Wish I could leave zero stars! This place is horrible. Theyre sales reps are LIARS! Was told repeatedly that I was "guaranteed approved with no cosigner" needed only to Uber to their location, sit for 30+ minutes and be told I needed a cosigner. DONT trust Rico hes the typical bait & switch car salesman. Take your business elsewhere!!
