Automasters is ruining my credit! Reporting missed payments after loan was sold... Heres what your getting into... "I told him that I was unsatisfied and I would be writing an online review about this. Carlos says, Well your only one person." ...I waiting 4 months to write this review because I wasnt too sure about my purchase. Turns out I should have trusted my feeling. At first it seemed like everything would be simple and I could just go straight to the dealership and pay my note. I made two payments to Automasters and they sold my loan to a shady high risk loan company, Innovate Loan Servicing. I specifically asked that this not be done because Ive been down that road and thats why I was interested in Buy Here, Pay Here as they advertise. I started receiving calls that my payment was late every day because they had not received the on-time payment I made from Automasters. Automasters had to send the payment 3 times in months with tracking info before they registered it on my account and stopped the harassing calls. Now thats taken care but I have two $13,000 loans on my credit one from Automasters and one from Innovate. Instead of raising my credit score like they said it would it actually lowered my score by almost 40 points because it looks like I have $27000 of new debt on my credit. So this caused me to be overextended and I cant move into a new place like I was planning on and I can forget buying anything on credit for a while. Innovate has been reported to the BBB 16 times in the past year. Everything from the company not reported on-time payments to credit bureaus to people not being able to get their titles after the car is paid off. I brought this to the attention of the girl that works in the front office. She said they had received several complaints about this company and they would see if they could buy my loan back from them. Apparently this was a lie just to shut me up because after speaking with Carlos the owner I was informed that this was never his intention. So I was lied too and he didnt seem to have a problem with this. Now for the mechanical: Two weeks after I purchase the vehicle it left my wife stranded in a parking lot and wouldnt start. They brought the car to the shop and replace the ignition. Another 2 weeks passed and I started hearing a loud popping noise from the rear end. We brought into the shop as they suggested and their mechanics couldnt find anything wrong. A month later and my Throttle Control light comes on and the car wont will not send gas to the engine until I stop and turn the car off and back on. I called and the owner Carlos informed me that its a used car that, I bought it as-is and he wanted to know what I expected him to do about it. I said I would hope you would schedule an appointment at your shop for me to get it looked at to make sure its not a serious problem. Carlos said he cant do that. I told him that I was unsatisfied and I would be writing an online review about this. Carlos says, "Well your only one person." I just hope that only one person after another reads this before getting involved with Automasters.

These people are nothing but sleazy car salesman, selling cars that have been wrecked or have major underlying issues.. I went to their lot and put a down payment 1,500$ on a 2008 Impala SS. After a few days the transmission was having serious problems so I took it back and explained what was happening. They tried to tell me I didnt have a warranty and that the 3000$ to fix it was my problem....(not to mention one day when I was up there trying to negotiate with these criminals, one of their employees informed me that she and another employee had driven the Impala and gone 110-120mph on side roads in the car) So after about a week of threatening to sue them they finally agreed to take the car back but wouldnt refund me, they did however apply my down payment onto another car.... Except they didnt have anything that was even remotely close to the quality of the 08 Impala, So in order to get a car that I was happy with I had to put down another 1000$ to get into the one I wanted. I ended up getting a 2005 Cadillac STS and I have been shelling out money every other week to fix things that should have been taken care of before they sold it to me. The "warranty" doesnt cover hardly anything, not to mention the carfax they gave me was worthless! The carfax said it was a completely "clean" vehicle, however I ran an independent VIN check on the car and found that it had been wrecked and had extensive water damage, which makes sense seeing as how the computer randomly displays all kinds of erroneous messages while Im driving. Stay away from these people at all costs. Their all smiles until you give them the money then its not their problem and wont help you do anything.

Husband went to purchase a vehicle, they required a non refundable deposit to place a hold on the vehicle Sales Representative James stated that the vehicle would be ready after being detailed and ordering the mat for the trunk. Came back the next week was told that the car had intake gasket problems and needed to complete a drive cycle and would be ready the following week. Went back the next week and was told that the car had computer problems and wouldnt be ready till the following week. Ask Sales Representative James why this information wasnt disclosed before the deposit was placed on the vehicle and he said they are taking care of everything. Asked for a refund and of course was refused a refund for a car that is still not running and that my husband still currently doesnt have. We were told to come back again next week. Please stay clear of this place and the non refundable deposit form that they have you sign before you purchase a vehicle. Bad business

Tengo dos anos con mi nissan murano y no tenia ningun problema, hasta no hace mucho tiempo como tres meses detras, tenia un poco de problemas con mi murano de la luz de enfrente, pero con tal que me lo arrglaron y despues de eso todo estuvo bien.Muchas gracias Auto Master!

Best experience Ive had buying anything anywhere. Tasha is amazing and has saved me a ton of money and hassle, as well as worked with me to help me get the car I wanted. She fought for me to get the car even though my finances were low, and gave me advice on what I needed to do to attain my goal. The car had one issue that neither of I not the dealership knew about, but it was promptly fixed and taken care of. James made sure personally that I was a happy customer, most people say the dealership isnt on your side, but feom my experience, this one is.

This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever seen in my life I bought a suv in March and in July the tramission died the gave me a trade ofter a month and a half of switching cars plus I was promised that I was not to come out of any money I was promised that I would have to pay to get my plates transferred when.I got there is was a whole diffrent story. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE piss poor staff but the manager James was helpful just the dealer he works.for SUCKS
