DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. Im writing this to protect other people. I dont care what kind of response the owner or one of the employees counter writes to try to debunk what Im about to say. I did research and found a 2008 red altima I had interest in. It said online that it was a 2008. I pull up with the wife & kids and it had on the window 2007 so I was like huh, why did they post it was an 08 on line then? It had very little parking space and I had to literally back out into the street in reverse to get out. Anyway I walk in the door and it seem like it was run by 2 juvenile foreigners. Im not racist and hating but act like you got some customer service skills like you want to sell something to help someone and yourself by making money. The one guy said talk to him which he pointed to the younger guy. This guy was monotone. He was a low talker. He showed very little interest. He didnt even know where the key was to the car. When we get out there and he uses the remote that look liked it been drug on the sidewalk all messed up and peeling he replied to me, "THE BATTERY MIGHT BE DEAD" I noticed the driver headlight was scratched up. So I get in, he says Press the break and Press the start button. I did this and no go, no START. I felt like I was in the twightlight zone. I told him "THATS ALRIGHT MAN.", hand this young fella the remote, got out, and got in my vehicle and left. If my car had the ability to peel out and burn rubber going in reverse then putting it in drive and burning rubber I would have. This was a nightmare. DO NOT GO THERE FOLKS, JUST A HEADS UP. Most of the places on Nolensville road were very suspect.

Hi Im Renee and I got a bmw x3 this past month it was a great. the last car place I went was not so much much. They really changed my mind. When I got in it was hey how are you what car you want to dive. BMW please.... they just gave me the keys as i was walking out they where talking to another lady and she was bring the test drive to the auto place to get to looked at before buying... i thought no way..lol BUT THY LET HER. what thats cool, i can trust that they stand to their name . SO my baby bmw is a 6speed and i didnt want to back up n go straight lol i asked if they could do it for me ... and they did no questions asked they understood the road n my safety. I got to bring the car for a ride and loved it. When I got back and talked with Chris he was great. we talked about price and what was order to fix the car. they where up front couldt ask for more. did a big drop it and they where cool with me coming back. i have a apt this coming week for the car. I would tell you one thing if i get another car i will go here. they made it easy they made it about me and what i wanted and need and not my money ... thank you so much .. god bless yall

Hands down the worst auto buying "experience" This dealership is the poster child for dishonest, slick talking, junk car dealing -foreigners who try to get over on hard working citizens. Owner by the name of "Sam" falsely indicated that a car (that I drove 300+ miles to purchase) was in perfect working condition. Bait and switch. Got there and every light was lit on the dashboard and it wouldnt even start. I called them 4 times along the way to make sure everthing was working when I got there and the lies only continued. All they could say was were sorry, cant help you" Needless to say I was furious and did not get the car. Its also in a VERY sketchy part of town, a breeding ground for crooks and scam artists of the sort. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!
