Depending on how they handle my complaint will determine any further review... I was in the process of buying a vehicle from them. Took a day getting all the papers together for my loan.. I was using United Federal Credit Union and we called Connor Chrysler for all the information on the vehicle and told them (Stan) I would be out the next morning to get the vehicle.... I stopped at the credit union about 9am to get the papers and a check.. Not thinking and in a hurry I drove from Holland, Michigan down to Chesterton, Indiana. When I walked into the dealership I was approached by Stan and he stated the vehicle was sold the night before. No apology no offer of anything... I called back a short time later asking to speak to the owner and explained the situation and the woman was very nice but said they were not going to do anything.. I feel they owe me a tank of gas for the 220 mile round trip and also a letter of apology... I also could have worked that beautiful day and was out the money for that too.....

Bought my first car. I knew it was obvious that I was nervous, and i showed it quite well. I said I didnt know exactly what I was doing, and multiple people helped me every step of the way. I was not pushed to do anything, and I practically didnt even have to haggle. I do know they got me the best price they could get for me. I felt like I was family when I was there, maybe because of what seemed almost like a family discount with what I paid for the car. My family even said i practically stole the car for how new and great condition it was, and had only 20k miles. The lot had a decent amount of makes and models, all in amazing shape. My family only bought from carmax, but I think I found myself loving this place. Also, huge thanks to Tommie Krysa. He was the one who wished me a happy birthday, and gave me the best gift I could ask for, a great price on an amazing car!

My contact at Conners was salesman Randy Schoff. Randy was direct and straightforward in communicating with me respecting my purchase of a new Enclave. With many salespeople, you think you have arrived at an agreement, but if you ask follow-up questions, you find that the price does not include this, that, or the other thing. With Randy, there were no hidden costs, no sales tactics. He went out of his way to find a vehicle that met my specifications, we negotiated a price, and we closed the deal. No wasted time. Everything up-front. I appreciate someone who is honest in telling me, "This is what I can offer, and this is what it costs." Thats what I got from Conners. Even though there are dealerships located closer to me, I will be taking my Enclave to Conners for service.

Have bought from other dealers in the past, but our family has bought their last 3 Jeeps from Connors. They have always treated us very well and it was the most relaxed car buying process I have had. I appreciate the straightforward and non-pushy sales team. May seem like a strange experience to those used to the stereotypical dealership. More of a family run business than a big corporate dealership.

They were really great when I bought my car and I was extremely pleased. HOWEVER theres nothing like finding out you bought a car at top value that had been in an accident and they lied to your face when you specifically asked if that had happened. The "techs" dont know how to find a problem either. Ill spend the extra money at Greigers where I know I wont get screwed.

I received a recall notice for my vehicle and began calling bi weekly to schedule an appointment while waiting for the part. It has now been over a year, and a total of 3 notices for the same recall. They claim they cant get the part, but when I call corporate, parts are in supply ,and thay suggested trying another dealership. Recommend NEVER buying from them!

AVOID! Shook hands and made an agreement to purchase a vehicle not on the lot , Salesman named Stan had piss poor communication to the point of not returning phone calls for over a week while he supposedly located my truck. I bought the exact truck in Merrillville, found it on their website , avoid this dealership at all costs.
