First of all, want to give a shout out to Charlie!! What a great salesman! No fuss, no muss, no crap and no pressure. What a wonderful experience!! Thats where it ended. On the way out of the dealership with my brand new 2015 Dodge Ram Truck, we start noticing something all over the windshield, looks like dirt. On further investigation, it looks like over spray that wont come off, even with a finger nail. It looks like paint over spray. I call Charlie the instance we figured something is wrong, Charlie had left for the day and service is not open. Call him back the next day and upon further investigation, we find the over spray all over the entire truck!!! So, takes over a week to try and schedule a time to bring the truck back for service. By the way, new car delivery detail was a joke, the car was not cleaned properly, if it was the would of caught the over spray. Get it into service, Steve, the Service manager kind of jokes around about the serious nature of what I was telling him, like I had no clue what I was talking about. He did not see what I was showing him, had to get a second service person from inside. He saw it. The girl inside is nice for the most part, but seems overwhelmed almost every time Ive been in the for service. No different this time. Drop the truck off, was having spray liner done at the same time. When it was complete, I picked up from the place that did the spray liner. Immediately started noticing things that werent cleaned properly. they left a section in the middle of the windshield that looked like they couldnt reach. They left excess compound material over several of the plastic light covers on the out side that did not come off, and over several other areas. Again, poor detailing. I get it home, and start really looking at it. They missed the entire roof and sunroof, the whole back of the cab, the front bumper, and the bottom side chrome step rails. This is a brand new car! Was supposed to set up another service appointment, before that happened, yesterday it rained really hard and water started coming in the passenger side, in the back corner, all down the cab, back seat onto the floor board. Im done at this point. We drive directly dealer from work and show them, talk to the uninterested supposed general manager and eventually end up back in service. Where of course the overwhelmed girl that I am sure hates me by now!! LOL It is 5:30 pm by the way, closing time, need to tell them what has happened and all of the other things that need to be done. She complains that she was supposed to get off at 5:30. I dont get to tell them about the other things wrong with the truck. I am made to feel utterly unimportant! I will give kudos to them, they gave me a car to drive, dirty and smelly, but none the less. They supposedly dont give out loaners and they say that you need to pay for rental cars if you need service, which again is a service break down to me. I give Charlie 5+ STARS!!! The rest of the experience, so far, ) STARS!! I now have to call back and try and call them back so they dont miss anything again. Wish me luck!!

Wow!!!! Ive always been a patient customer and this is my first time ever writing a poor review on any company and believe me Ive had some poor service experiences. So, bought "two" 2012 nissan sentras from this dealership and the first one is still there after only one day to drive with brake issue and air conditioning went out. Been in the service department for 2 weeks now and counting. The other vehicle has brake issues that I refuse to take to this dealership but will take else where. Also, the second one still has temp tag due to some processing that didnt get done and a "we owe" that was supposed to be done within 2 weeks after purchase but finding out today, 28 days later, that the part for the "we owe" was never ordered. This has been one of the worst customer experiences Ive encountered from an auto dealership.

Jay Goss lied to me, dont trust him! I have bought two vehicles from Milton Dodge and had my service work done there. I was happy until my recent experience when I was lied to by Jay Goss. He told me I would receive a check for the difference of my trade on the day that I did the deal. He outright lied! I would have rather known in advance what time-frame I was looking at waiting! I sold it to them on the 9th of November and today, Nov 19th, 2010, I was told it would probably be the 29th before the lender will release my title. I want to be sure everyone knows that Jay Goss lied to me and Mike Palmer mislead me to thinking I would get the check the day I made the deal. My lender told them on the phone that my loan is paid off and they are processing the paperwork. My loan account shows that it is paid off.

My Jeep was taken to the service department Milton Dodge Chrysler Jeep to have a problem checked out and while it was in the shop I had the oil changed. When my husband went to change the oil the next time (after the warranty expired, the oil pan plug was stripped meaning that most likely someone used an impact wrench to force it in.This may force us to change the oil pan, which is not something that can be done at home in ones driveway. Once again, the oil was changed just before the warranty ran out. This is the second Chrysler, Jeep dealer service shop in a row that we have had problems with.

They sold us a car with a flat tire. We thought the pressure was simply low. But after a couple weeks of pumping the tire up every other day, we went to get the tire repaired. It turns out it had an unrepairable hole since it was too close to the side of the tire. The dealership refused to replace the tire and were generally unhelpful in resolving our concerns and trying to make us satisfied with their business. On top of that, they did a very poor job of detailing the car to begin with AND they did not even fill the car with gas when we picked it up. We had to gas up on our way home!

Go to Pensacola or Crestview... Milton Service Department is so slow and lacks customer service. Took my truck in for diagnostics last week. The first time I called for an update (since they wont call you) they said they couldnt find the issue and asked some questions. The next time I called they said they still couldnt find the problem and needed to charge another $100 to "tear into it." Called back today and they couldnt give me an update. The service adviser said she would call me back but nothing yet. Im not even having a repair done, just DIAGNOSTICS for a check engine light!

After purchasing a used car that ended up having problems over a year after I purchased it, these people went out of their way to get me in a new & better car with almost the same car payment, a 0 deductible service contract, paid off the full value of my vehicle thats basically a lemon, & let me drive around different cars for DAYS just so they could get everything figured out. Christina Mirabella is an outstanding finance manager and I will ALWAYS come back here to purchase another car. Thank you to everyone who helped me & dealing with me being annoying
