I bought a 2007 Buick Rendezvous from Thompson Brothers in 2015. I paid $1500 down and $315 a month for 21 months, which came to a total of $8,115 I paid for that vehicle. Id never been more than a day or two late on a payment in the 21 months I had the Rendezvous, and was only 4 months or $1,260 away from paying it off completely! Then the week before my payment for month 22 was due, I was diagnosed with stage 3B cervical cancer. I was hospitalized and had to undergo 6 surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation. Thompson Brothers had repossessed my Rendezvous after the payment was overdue 11 days. After learning this, my mother (who had access to my account) took in a certified check to pay off the vehicle and explained that I was in the hospital. But they wouldnt accept the payment, and informed her that my account with them was now closed. They kept the vehicle and the $8,115 I had paid. I feel like they werent willing to work with me because they only had $1,260 more to make off my account, but if they resell it theyd make atleast $7,000 more!!! So I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for a vehicle to stay away from Thompson Brothers! Everyone Ive talked to thats bought a vehicle from them says the same thing...That Thompson Brothers are crooks that will rip you off the first opportunity they get! I wish I knew then what I know now, and had done more research on them before I invested so much money.

My family and I have bought several cars from Thompson brothers over the years! Our family of 6 all have driven a Thompson brothers car at some point. Weve had a great experience with the people and the cars each time. I got my first car there and loved it. My dad only buys cars that he trusts will last, and thats what we got with Thompson brothers. The people there are really friendly and so helpful, and you can tell they know what theyre talking about! Next time we need a car, we will be back. My husband and I just got married and would love to drive another Thompson brothers car!

We like Thompson brothers auto sales, we bought a truck from them and the first time we had any issues they put it in the shop and let us make payments on the cost of repairs, so that we were not out a vehicle and could still make it to and from work to continue making the payments. We got another vehicle from them and we would do so again if and when it is needed. We would tell anyone of our family members or friends to go there to get a vehicles. I dont have anything bad to say about them. The staff there are all friendly and can answer any questions you have for them.

Yes, the prices are quite a bit higher than you would find at many car lots, but they specialize in good quality cars for people who cannot get traditional financing. They do their own financing and manage everything in-house. Buyers should be aware that they will be required to have full coverage insurance on the vehicle for the lifetime of the loan/lease agreement. I have found the staff at Thompson Brothers to be forthright and honest in their dealings and I have chosen to work with them more than once.

I have been blessed with Thompson Brothers now for over 20 years they are friendly and always giving me a great deal on my vehicles. I have had several life changes occurred and they have always worked with me to help me keep my vehicle. I have recommended family and friends. I got my daughter her first car and they really over price the car we are still paying for this car at the end of the lease we took as the car was ours but it wasnt they having you paying a lease price and also something else they made up but my daughter and I have become so stress over this situation they are not honest people and who ever work there you better watch out the cars they have are over price and they mislead you when you sign the paper work please be careful

If there was a NO star button I would have selected it! I purchased a minivan from Thompson brothers several years ago, paid a little over four thousand dollars cash, and within 3 months was having major issues, took it to a shop and the van had blown headgaskets, the mechanic said they had to have been bad when we bought it. When we went to Thompson Brothers to address our concerns, they did absolutely nothing! 4grand down the drain! NEVER AGAIN will they receive my business!

Love the friendly people there . The treat you with respect and nothing like them other dealerships . Ive bought more than one vehicle there and plan on going back . To all others that think they aint no good ur just mad cuz u dont have the money to get a nice car. Not their problem ur a broke ass . Every vehicle Ive bought from there has been a good one , so I dont see a problem with prices when ur buying a top quality vehicle . The best used car dealership around !!!!

We have gotten three vehicles from Thompson brothers over about a 15 year time frame and each time we have been treated with top quality service. They not only helped us get a good quality vehicle but at payments would could afford! One vehicle had some mechanical issues and they stepped up and took care of it right away! Great place to go for a good car. The guys there treat you good have bought 3 vehicles from them, prices were a lil high but thats what happens to people who dont have good credit. I thinks their fair though, have worked with me on several occasions either with payments being late or with major service needed to truck. I will definatly be back to get another car in a year or so. GOOD JOB GUYS !!!
