I bought my car 4 months ago. The first time I went in there, I got the run around for 4 and a half hours until they told me the down payment I had in cash was not enough. Couldve led with that. So I got to drive home, 40 miles away, back home in the rain, the windows in my Mustang has stopped working months before so I was drenched. Unfortunately, when I found out I was pregnant, I knew I needed a new car fast and my credit wasnt so great so I took out a loan. The next day I was able to test drive the car I have now and it was the better choice out of the three I was given. Fast forward to yesterday, the car breaks down. Come to find out my tension pulley had dry rotted. I called as soon as it happened and I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. I called again and I was given an automated machine and I left my information. Today I was finally able to get a hold of someone from the service department, he was rude and interrupted me multiple times before I was able to tell him what had happened, and he tells me that the tension pulley is not covered under my warranty which I find funny since it is not specified in my contract. He also told me that it was not a plastic pulley without having seen the car. The Mustang I had before had the same problem and did the same thing and looked the same way. There was no way a metal pulley would shatter. So I spent a good portion of my day having it towed home ($200), buying a new pulley ($90), and putting it on myself. Just love it when I spend all of my Christmas shopping money fixing they damage they caused by not doing a good enough "inspection" before they sold it to me. At 8 months pregnant, I can guarantee that if it hadnt been because of my daughter growing inside of me I would not have gone through JD Byrider. And if anyone ever asks how my service has been or if I would recommend them to anyone, my answer would be no. Awful service. Awful people. Awful company.

I have never had such an awful experience!!!! I called ahead of time, only to be told anything positive I could be to get me to come in, and once I get here, Im left waiting for two hours before being told they contacted my boss and said I didnt have enough time on my job; which was weird, because I know I had. I left anyhow. I later called my boss, and he said he never got a call, so I pulled up proof via e-mail, and gave them my boss phone number to text, call, or even e-mail him, whichever need be. They told me to come back in (thought I was already headed home.) I arrived back, and they, again, kept me waiting two more hours, only to say it dont make a difference now, because its too late, and the "man" already made up his mind, and wouldnt change it, even if I have new proof... Thing is; theyre running a promotion, and they dont want to honor it, so they find a way to turn it around on the customer, rather than just saying they dont want to sell to someone who makes three times the money they do! P.S. They say they dont use your credit score, but they do play a factor in it, so dont let them use their special "lingo" to try and fool you, as you are no fool! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES!!!! I will NEVER consider them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone in their right mind!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This is one of the most disgusting place I ever been to try to even attempt to buy a car you will have to be a complete idiot to get a car from them the car salesman lets me test drive the cars so as iam test driving the cars Im seeing whats wrong with them I work on cars and they did not know I told him that most of the cars that I test drove that they needed to be fixed and they looked at me with a weird face like how does he know also called him out on one little thing to see if theyll tell the truth I said this card needs a tune-up not bad but its missing a little bit he said now no way all our cars are tuned up I said no its shaking and you can tell it needs a tune-up I work on cars then he says oh yeah that car yeah a woman did something to it and we was supposed to fix that but we didnt get to it yet just lie after lie then all the cars are over priced 2011 impala 120.000 on the miles wanted 16 thousands for it crazy same car down the street 40 thousand miles 7 grand for it oh by the way they will tell you every car we got is 11 to 13 thousands but after every thing some how it jumps to 16 thousands funny Im not bad-mouthing this place because they was going to sell me a car but Im not that stupid Im just letting the public know

I had an AWFUL experience. Absolutely terrible. We were in the building for almost 45 minutes after our appointment before anyone acknowledged us. We called before hand and spoke to someone on the phone and they assured us we would leave with a vehicle and that they would work with us. We drove an hour and a half to get there, wait 45 minutes to even be spoken to then when we finally were spoken to they took an hour and a half to even take our information. Instead of simply telling us they werent able to help us at all, they kept beating around the bush and saying they were going to help us out, even sent us out to look at vehicles then made us wait another hour before coming and telling us We basically waited for 4 hours for nothing and that he couldnt do anything for us. I wouldnt be nearly as infuriated as if it wasnt for his attitude with us once we said we had talked to someone on the phone - which we told him once he sat us down and talked to us- and he seemed okay with. I wouldnt go there EVER again because I have never had such horrible service at a car lot in my life. Wasted time, wasted gas AND my boyfriend was late to his job because they wouldnt give us a straight forward answer. Very displeased with this company and their services there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They will tell you anything to get you in the door, say they dont run your credit but they do, and then deny you. Dont go here if you are looking for help because they are the same as all the other car dealers. If they tell you that you qualify for the "tax return" program dont believe it because they will still make you put money down that day. They kept me there for 3 hours just to dig in to everything about me and my credit so if you have decent credit or a down payment you might as well go to a well known dealership because these people are no different and they will not approve you if you dont. Very misleading and I was lied too several times from the beginning. I was also told that there was no reason I wouldnt be approved but they will find a reason! I was dropped off because I dont have a car and they said that someone would take me home if for some reason it didnt work out and they left me standing outside in the cold while they went home. They make it seem very simple if you have good income and you get a good amount back on your taxes but none of that matters so please dont be fooled like I was. Dont even waste your time there!
