Horrible experience, I purshase a car MDX no longer than two day my car start with serious problem I took the car to the dealer so they can check what going on with the car and they said they change a bad part but the noise and problem was still there so they didnt fixed, I brought the car to the Acura dealer to see what really happens wt my car and for my surprise all the serious problems on my car exceed 4,000 dollars I was so upset and angry I call the dealer true car auto the boss never answers my call never call back the secretary she was so nice Esmeralda she did a great job, but I have to fix my car .. honestly I dont really recommend this dealer the owner is not a man of his word and you cant trust in people like that

The operator there was very rude, and unprofessional to say the least... She cost them a deal with her attitude. The bad part is I spent a couple of hours getting the loan for the vehicle. It pays to be nice to the customer... Ill spend my money elsewhere no matter how bad I wanted there vehicle!
