This was my first experience with Cunningham Motors in Goodlettsville and I could not be more pleased. I was impressed with their professionalism while maintaining a friendly, caring, family type atmosphere. There was no gimmicks, pressure, or manipulation; just honest, caring, informative, and knowledgeable staff. They gladly answered all my questions, taking the time to carefully explain in detail what I wanted to know. They provided excellent care and absolute quality. I purchased my car with complete peace of mind, resting in the assurance that I was given the best service and the best deal. While watching Renee and the staff interacting with everyone else who came by, it was quite evident that this type of service is merely a way of life for Renee and the staff at Cunningham Motors. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

We got a very good deal and met some wonderful people. It was such a pleasure to meet such nice and honest people. I look forward to doing business with them again. They suggested that we go through the Robertson County Credit Union in White House TN and we got a great interest rate of 5%. Dave and Karlene were great to work with. Horrible, horrible place!!!! Ive heard about their customer service which is very poor. Not friendly at all. One of the ladies that work there have a real nasty attitude. I was referred there by a family member and I told them that I would NOT go and receive any type of services from them. They mess up on your payments, nor do they report to the credit bureau. A close relative of mine is very disappointed in their services from the time they got the car up until now. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CUNNINGHAM MOTORS!!!

When I first came to cunningham I was frustrated, I had spent hours at another dealership only to be turned away. NOT the case with cunningham! They were fast and so nice! I wouldnt think of buying a car anywhere else! Thank you so much Cunningham Motors!
