Have you ever heard of a unicorn? What about a mermaid? Well, add Patrick Johnson as the third amigo to the trifecta of majestic, undetectable creatures. The only difference is you can see Patrick at Nashville’s own Music City Autoplex (MCA.) Lucky for me, while searching for a new vehicle online I stumbled upon a highly respected auto dealership that had an abundance of used automobiles. This is typically an either/or scenario. Normally you get a highly respected business with slim pickings or the stereotypical used car salesmen who are a bunch of (insert derogatory name) with a lot of choices. Per the reviews online MCA appeared to have pleasant and knowledgeable salesmen with a great selection to choose from. Thus my wife and I drove from Chattanooga with high hopes and several dealerships we were planning to visit. Our first stop was MCA and we quickly realized it would be our last. Upon arrival, the truck I had inquired about when I had spoken to Patrick days earlier on the phone was backed up in a front row parking spot ready and waiting for us. We met with Patrick Saturday morning and wanted to test drive several other trucks on the lot as well. We test drove them all (he appeared to be more than happy to let me test every vehicle if I had so preferred to) but we decided which truck it would be. We already had a preapproval letter in hand from a local credit union with an extremely low rate, however we let the financial folks at MCA give it a whirl and see if they could beat it. Well, they did, and did so by a fair margin. Our interaction with MCA, especially Patrick Johnson, Chris Wright and Adam Ellithorpe was wonderful and painless. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to my family and friends, and actually already have. We will be returning to buy another vehicle from MCA when my wife is ready for an upgrade. 5 Stars? 2 Thumbs Up? 10 out of 10? Whatever ranking system you use, they hit the mark! P.S. The handspun chocolate milkshake was a wonderful bonus while we waited. Disclaimer: This was written by an unpaid, actual customer telling their true story.

I cant say enough good about this dealership, the salesmen, the management team, or the service department. I was shopping for a truck online, and found this dealership had a 2011 Ford F150 in my price range. I am in central Ky, and my dad lives works in Hendersonville, so I asked him to go by and take a look/test drive the truck. He gave me his ok, so my wife and I drove down to look and buy the truck. My dad found a few issues during his look - tires were not balanced, and the tailgate didnt open. Music City Autoplex fixed the tailgate and - unbelievably - put a brand new set of Cooper all-terrain tires on the truck. Once I arrived a few days later, my salesman, Rick Johns, showed me the truck, and literally spent two hours with me while I looked the truck over from top to bottom, drove it to Autozone so they could scan the computer for any codes, and test drive it. I found one issue with the truck while test driving it - the heater didnt work. I asked them if they would put in writing that they would fix the heater, and they did - even allowing me to write my own "we owe" certificate to my liking. We wrapped up the deal, and I drove away. This including the finance manager working to get me a better deal with another bank, even though I had pre-approved financing when I walked in the door. On the following Monday, I called the service department to set up the fix for the heater. Over the next week, we figured out how we would arrange service since I was 2 hours away. Music City Autoplex agreed to allow me to take the truck to a local Ford dealership in my area for the fix, and they paid that dealership directly for the fix. The truck is now working perfectly, and they couldnt have made it any more convenient for me. We live two hours away, but will definitely be back to Music City Autoplex for our next purchase. They are, without a doubt, the best dealership I have had the pleasure of working with. Thank you to Rick, John, Adam, Stephanie, and Dave for a great experience.

First arrived there with a corvette Z06, they didnt give me what I wanted for it because they said it would sit for while. I told them it would sell fast due to it being close to spring. acourse it sold fast. They have no idea what they are selling they are there just to sell cars. Traded my Z06 for a Sti hatch, had to many problems with it so they took it back. That was very nice of them, so they helped me out and handed me a newer STI that put me more in debt and found out it was wrecked and the whole server side. Guess what they did, NOTHING. I even told them that carfax said it was not wrecked but Im a professionally detailer and had to show them were the sand marks and paint runs were. They even put their sticker the trunk to cover an unpainted part. I am a former VERTERAN, I would recommend that no veterans go to this place and conduct business, the point of the story is a lot of there cars on lot have been wrecked and they will not back that up. Dont bring up carfax because they just use it and like to use it while conducting sells, but if carfax is wrong they have nothin to do with it. I had a car come through my place of business and be from this place and were obviously wrecked and if you want proof, message me Ill show you the pictures of my customers car and even show you my car in person. Again this is not a 100% honest dealership, I sit here and look at these Google reviews, and wonder how many peoples cars have been painted or even wrecked badly. Most people dont know what they are looking at. The reason I didnt catch on is because they seemed so nice and honest I felt as if I didnt need to check out the cars. I recommend not coming here and my fellow Veterans should not come here.

I purchased a used truck through Ronnie at MCA and really appreciated his time and professionalism. He went above and beyond to answer questions and solve some outstanding items when I purchased my truck. The atmosphere of the company is very laid back and no pressure or run-of-the-mill car buying tactics. It had been a while since I purchased a car or truck and Ronnie made the process really simple. I financed through my bank and had a wonderful time trying to track down anyone working after 4:30 PM on a Friday and Ronnie helped me fax and copy and email them tons of documents, even making calls to find a bank that would be open for me to finalize the documents that Saturday. Incredibly nice guy, staff seems to enjoy working there and the whole process was really simple and pressure-free. Recommending this place to my friends and family as well! Update 2/22/2017: Good to work with when youre buying a vehicle, but I have had subpar support after the fact. Paid "Dealer Fees" way in excess of the $9 it takes for emissions testing but had to do the test myself as they lost the emissions card. Took me way too long to get someone to even respond to my issue of having expired dealer tags and was like pulling teeth to get any response, let alone the actual plates. Never reimbursed as promised and was promised a discount on tire purchase if I bought the vehicle with bald tires. Needless to say neither item has been addressed or even garnered a response or follow up. My experience up front was good enough to want to buy a car for my wife from there but we will be looking elsewhere now.
