If you have terrible credit but have good income then this may be your only option for a car. However, you pay interest out the ass. So far I have paid $2000 on my car and only $200 of it actually went towards the actual car balance. I have never missed a payment and I have actually paid more than I am supposed to. I went back about 5 months after purchasing my car because I saw they had my dream car on their lot. The sales guy told me that I wasnt allowed to get another car from them until I pay the first one off. Not only that, but you can only get a car from the store in your hometown. They will not let you buy a car from a JD byrider 30 mins down the road. Last thing, my car came with a great warranty that is only valid at the JD Byrider service department at your home store. However, it takes at least 2 weeks for them to fit you into their schedule. So if your car brakes down, you either take it somewhere else or wait and walk for 2 weeks. I will not be buying another car from them.

I am very impressed with the service I was given at J.D. Byrider. The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Vance and Steve gave me the knowledge and insight of buying a car, here you are buying more then a car. They understand that you arent just buying a car. You are buying security and piece of mind. This isnt like any other dealership where they put you in a nice car and send you on your way. They offer a great 24k miles or 2 year warranty, amazing repair service, and a spectacular vehicle that has had top notch technicians Inspect it. Here you know what you are buying! in this modern age where the name "care salesmen" is synonymous with shyster they give a good name to car salesmen. Their fincial deptment understands your budget and works with you with what you can afford. What more can a person ask for?! I would highly recommend J.D. Byrider! Thank you everyone who helped me out, put me in my wonderful car, and on top of everything gave me price of mind!

Steve was the salesman. He was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He treated me like a valuable customer even before I was approved or had decided to purchase a vehicle. He asked several times if I had questions. The financial associate who helped me was a gentleman named Jeremy. He was very nice as well. He listened closely to everything I said. He was ran my numbers three or four times to show me what my payments would be depending on the amount I put down plus my trade in for my old car, which he was able to get a good price for. He also explained everything in great detail and didnt make me feel pressured to buy at any time. Both associates explained how the loan process would help my credit and made it about so much more than buying a vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone!

As a car salesman, I am ashamed I ever set foot in this establishment. They tried to sell me two cars that had obvious electrical engine and electrical issues. They price cars far above Kelly blue book, true car, or anything above fair market price. The interest rates can be so high they rival credit cards. Ive seen interest from here as high as 21%. They also dont really check vehicles before selling them. They are more than content to roll a car off the lot with tires cracked and ready to go flat. Once they have you on a contract, you are no longer of interest. For the love of God, use every other possible option including carpooling before you go here. If you do come here, bring an educated friend and be prepared to call them out on bullshit. Places like this give car sales a bad name.

No idea how they have such high ratings on here. Ive never heard anything good about this place. Bought a 2007 Accord here with a little over 100k. After 3 months Id put over $1000 into basic maintenance (tires, battery, brakes etc). If it had a timing belt Im sure Id have to replace that too. Cant imagine how people manage with high mileage, lower quality cars from this place if an Accord was sold in this condition. Glad my credit is on the rise cause Im gonna refinance or roll over into a new car loan so I dont have to deal with the myriad of problems brought on by this purchase.

My experience here was amazing! I came in worried and stressed needing a car. I couldnt find help anywhere and I wasnt sure what to do, but then the very nice people at jds reassured me and done everything they possibly could to help. Steve kenrick helped me through the whole process and was very kind and understanding, he took the time to learn, listen, and work with me to find just the right car. Steve was excellent, I didnt feel pressured to just buy a car I felt great making this decision. Steve was very professional and he was very polite. He was willing to work everything out with me. When I told him I couldnt purchase the car right away, he made sure next time I came in he kept my preference and it was a very easy transaction.
