I havent had any experience with them but I do have a good friend I went with who made a bad judgement call and bought a POS car from them. From the road, they place doesnt seem bad. Theyve got a lot of vehicles and the majority look real nice, theyve even got a few nice appearing high end vehicles. Right off the bat you could tell these guys were scummy. Just the way they talked and treated my friend. He was only 21 at the time and was his first time purchasing a vehicle on his own. He found a vehicle, test drove it and it seemed to run good. He worked out financing with them, putting down $2500 and left with the car and a semi-good feeling. They gave him temp tags and said it was his responsibility to get tags. He tried to do this 12 days later and heres where the problem occurred. The car did not pass emissions testing due to an exhaust leak and he found out there was an oil leak that was unnoticed by either of us at time of purchase. He went back to car dealership the next day and they were complete assholes. Saying that he mustve ragged the car out within the 14 days and that caused the exhaust/oil leak. They also said they werent going to do anything to help him and that he knew about any issues after he test drove and bought the car. I understand how buying used cars can go but damn, are there no decent used car salesmen around? All he needed was a little help, I mean hell he spent all he had putting the $2500 down on a $9k vehicle. The least they couldve done was offer to split costs with him for selling him a piece of junk. All in all, it costed another $600+ to fix the exhaust and find and fix the oil leak. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Ive heard many other horror stories.

Buying from here is absolutely the worst decision that you could make. I bought a BMW from here 4 months ago and Ive already spent about as much in repairs as what I paid for the car itself. Im a recently seperated veteran, working two jobs to make ends meet, and the dealers here lead me to believe that I was getting a good deal on a reliable vehicle, but now Im looking for a third job because I cant afford the amount of debt this car has cost me. In the first four months Ive had to replace the transmission, valve cover gasket, radiator, battery and thats not everything...they sold me a car knowing it was about to be on its last leg...these guys are total dirt bags

Love my car!!! by Teresa F. from Burns,Tn | March 12, 2016 I just recently purchased my new PT Cru Convertible from salesman, John at Executive Sales in Donelson. He was great! He let me take the car not just once but twice into downtown so my mechanic could check it out, how nice. John gave me the confidence about the car that I was hooked to purchase, I will send anyone there, I believe they are very trust worthy since they have been around since the 80s. So far my favorite car I ever had. Go see them.

They totally ripped off my boyfriend. Not only did they sell him a lemon that didnt last a month,,,,now he cant even get a title for it to junk it. I dont know how people can feel like they are making a living by getting over on others. Not all of us can set behind a desk and sell people pieces of junk and sleep well at night. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE,,,,ITS WILL BE A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!

Great group of guys! I have bought several cars from here and never had a problem! When purchasing a used car, you should always do your due diligence to make sure that the car is right for you and your budget. With any used car, there were always be repairs. Its impossible for a small car lot to try to make used cars new again and still sell at great prices.

This company is a joke and they will rip you off. Bought a ford truck here 3 weeks ago drove it for about a week then starting having problems . Took it to ford they sai it needed 14,000 dollars worth of work. Called john the guy that sold it to me and he says well it is what it is no warranty. I said how can you live knowing you are ripping off people...

Do not purchase anything from this dealer. Do not use them. They are dishonest in every way possible. We have never received our vehicle title and rather than help, they repeatedly lie, mislead, and are no help what so ever. Do not purchase anything here. Lots of bad reviews. Horrible experience.

Excellent service, knowledgeable about the car, and sold to us at a very reasonable price. We are still very happy with it two weeks later.
