Im please with my vehicle from Auto Masters of Hermitage. I started looking a couple of years before and decided to contact them because of the pleasant experience I had with one of their sales people. Unfortunately, that sales person was no longer with the company when I finally decided to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I did have the pleasure of working with Elvis (salesman). He was a great help. Unfortunately, the way my payments were explained wasnt correct. Some months I end up paying $675.00 which is WAY more than I can afford. When I brought this to their attention, I was told this is what was explained to me and it cant be changed. I was told my car payments would be $450.00/monthly, paid bi-weekly. Recently, my husband had a bad experience with one of the ladies that work there. They were very rude to him and he was just trying to make a payment on my vehicle. He was ignored because he was on a phone call as he walked in the building. There may be reasons why he couldnt be helped while on his call but, at least acknowledge that he was standing there; especially when he was standing "quietly" for a few minutes before anyone would even acknowledge him. When he was acknowledged, it was in a very rude manner. I havent had the worst experience with Auto Masters of Hermitage but I wouldnt purchase from them again. By the way, my interest rate doesnt change when I make the additional payments in the longer months. I would really like to refinance with another finance company but the vehicles sold at most Auto Masters have very high mileage. Finance companies dont like to refinance vehicles with more than 120K miles.

My shopping experience with this particular branch of Automasters was quite pleasant and a lot less pressured than I thought it would actually be. I contacted another branch only to get an email and someone on the other end of the line that wouldnt answer his phone. Walking into the dealership, was greeted fairly quickly and cordially. There was a particular vehicle that I was looking at and they really took little time to try to offer information regarding it, where it was located, how it was, and so on. They offered a test drive of the vehicle which I gladly accepted to really determine whether or not if this was something I wanted to do. Once the test drive was over, I was greeted by a salesperson where I explained my situation and what I had to offer. If there is anything I would recommend, look at their website for what to bring because it WILL expedite the process significantly. The salesperson and manager were honest with what they could do given the circumstances and my personal situation. Though it took a bit longer to get word back from the bank for financing, I was approved and agreed to put a down payment down. There were a few things that needed attention (and one that I was able to solve on my own) that they will assist with in a timely manner. In short, a surprisingly painless experience. Happy to be a new customer of theirs and look forward to passing them on to friends and family that may need a vehicle in the area. But again, be prepared with check stubs, utility bills, etc. going in and itll make the process much smoother.

I bought a car from Auto Masters of Hermitage about two weeks ago. I originally saw the 2010 Nissan Maxima online and called to talk to a salesman. Danny answered the phone, and I then asked him questions about the car. We made an appointment that night for me to come look at the car, and test drive it. I went to test drive it and fell in love. I chose to buy the car, other than the fact I did not have the down payment they were requesting. I was also scared at first that I would not be able to afford the car, but Danny sat down with me and we went through my bills and budget, and helped me get everything I needed to see that I could in fact afford this car. With that being said Danny and Michael worked with me to split the rest of the down payments up into two more additional payments. ** The next day I had a problem with the car delaying in starting. This is a common problem in push to start cars, Ive researched. I called Micheal the next day and he had me come down and had the shop fix it. There was never any argument or hesitation to fix the vehicle. Michael fixed my vehicle and I have had a great experience thus far. ** I enjoy the face that my credit is not the best, but I can still have a nice car just like people with good credit. I want to personally thank Michael and Danny. They were both great and made my experience great.

I went in there on a Saturday... They needed some info from me. Came back Monday gave them the information they requested. Test drove a KIA Forte and A KIA Soul. Decided on the forte. I told them I would Have The Deposit On Friday. They gave me an offer on my car. I got everything setup. I kept in touch throughout the week. I was told to call an hour before I came in so they would have everything ready for me. I called he said it would be ready. I got there and someone else was test driving the vehicle and they sold it out from under me. Then suggested I purchased hire priced vehicles on there lot, or vehicles that got way less fuel milage. I feel like I did everything they requested and they turned around and wasted my time. I am pretty bummed about it.

I took the time and read through all the reviews. I found the reviews to be accurate. One of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I appreciated most of all,Danny. I came there for one car,changed my mind,and left with another. Danny at no time tried to push me into a car I didnt want. I felt I had time to make up my own mind. He also made sure to give me a payment ,I had been accustomed to. The whole staff was wonderful. I liked the fact that they also acknowledged my little boy and made him feel apart of the experience. They are very honest and straight forward. Please ,before you go somewhere else,give them a try. They are good people to do business with. You can trust them. Thanks Auto Masters of Hermitage. Will be back!!!!!!

Had a great experience at AutoMasters of Hermitage today. Ive been shopping for the last couple weeks, been lied to and misrepresented by many other car dealerships. We came to AutoMasters and every car on the lot was top quality, the sales team was not pushy at all! Had a great experience! Will return in the future for our next vehicle. Best salesman weve ever dealt with hands down was Danny B. Highly recommend!. If you buy a car from somewhere else its your loss. I can guarantee you that. This company and the folks that helped us including Danny B. and Mike. Is the real deal and will take care of you. Im so glad I stopped in to see what they could do for me. Very happy customer. I called yesterday around 5 pm and was in need of a car. i had a descent down payment and Q was there for me. I walked in and by 7 pm i was on the road, not only in a car but the car i really wanted. Not only are my payments really affordable but they treated me like family there. They have been more helpful than anyone I have ever dealt with, They even took care of my old car from another car lot for me so I wouldnt have to deal with them. They truly are the best in the business, I will forever be doing my future business with them if and when I need another vehicle. Thank you auto masters and a big thank you to Q.
