My wife and I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300 from 321 Drive the salesman Brandon was awesome! The car has been great! I would recommend anyone to business with 321 Drive! I was paid to post this! Here is my new review: 1 year ago we purchased a car from them and they car has been a dependable car. About 2 weeks ago the check engine light came on and we narrowed the problem down to the thermostat needing to be replaced. It was not easy narrowing it down considering the codes ranged from low coolant, thermostat or a sensor. The never ran hot so we were leaning towards it may be a sensor. We decided to have 321 put a new thermostat in the car. Samantha told us to let her know when we could bring it down to be worked on so she could go ahead and have the part their so we would not have to wait all day. We scheduled a day to be there my wife arrived a lil after 8am and waited till 1pm and the car still was not finished around 3:30pm Samantha called us to let us know the car was ready. 15 minutes later she called back said it was running hot for us not to come yet. 30 minutes later she called again said that they got it fixed. 20 miles later the transmission goes out. Towed the car back to 321 (mistake) 2 days later we were told it was an internal problem in the transmission. Samantha offered to put a junkyard transmission in for $1200 at this time I was still hoping the transmission was a coincidence. I decided to have a 2nd opinion after talking to 3 licensed transmission mechanics we find out when they ran the car hot it burnt the transmission fluid and melted the plastic parts inside the transmission. We paid a licensed mechanic to rebuild the transmission and he did find that the transmission fluid had burnt and melted the plastic components. We asked 321 to help in some way they refused to make an offer and stand behind their mechanic. I have proof and will be turning it over to my attorney tomorrow unless 321 is willing to give a reasonable offer. My attorney advised to me talk with them first to see if they were willing to help but that didnt work thanks Gabriel for the worthless phone call and smart ass remarks about out situation. I actually thought since yall advertise you try your best to help customers that we would be basically laughed at. My companies Facebook page would be loaded with happy customers also if we paid them to post good comments. The only good thing about this place is Brandon the salesman he should be the GM maybe I wouldnt be reading all the other bad comments about 321 when you Google reviews.

Buyer beware! I, like most people who buy cars from 321 Drive, did not have the credit needed to buy from a dealership so this is what i chose. The customer service at first was great but that is about all. I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze with 30k miles on it February 2016. Two weeks after my warranty expiring ( Six months after buying the car) my check engine light come on. It needed a thermostat. Ok, maybe regular maintenance so I fixed it..$150 part $75 labor (family friend that give me a discount). One month after that I needed a new alternator...$300 plus $300 labor. March 2017 I am in a very busy intersection in Gallatin at night going through a red light and it felt like I had been hit from the back, but no one was close enough behind me to hit me. Then my car starts rolling backwards when I let off of the break and when pushing on the gas my car continued to roll backwards. Luckily I had my cousin in the car and she and another person helped me get the car out of the middle of the intersection and into a parking lot. Once I had Chevy dealership look at it they found that the axle had been broken (more than likely in the wreck that the car was in before I purchased the car) and had been welded back onto the car as a temporary fix long enough to have the car sold. I was VERY VERY lucky my two small children were not in the car with me when this happened and that no one hit me. The dealership took pictures and I now have a lawyer. Oh and not to mention I had to fork out $250 for the new axle and $500 labor. Whether 321 Drive says they knew about the axle or not, these are still purchasing these cars and putting them on their lot. 321 Drive only cares about your money and not the safety of you, nor do they care about how much in repairs you have to make on these cars after you buy them. And the owner can save the "each car requires maintenance and issues depend on factors including how the car is maintained" because the axle issue they are at fault for 100%, not the consumer. Do not put yourself or your family at risk by buying from them.

f there was an option below 1 star, Id rate that. It all started when I purchased the vehicle in 2013... I purchased the car only to find out the next day I only had a valet key. They told me that thats what the car came with & getting me a key was "not something they normally do". When I came to pick up my key I mentioned that the visors were broken and they told me I did it. Because yeah, I invest $10 grand in a car & start breaking stuff ?!... That makes total sense. After 2 years of having my car, investing $5000+ , I gave up on this being a quality vehicle... I was driving down the road when I heard a loud "pop" losing all control of my vehicle... After taking it to my mechanic they asked when I had my front end worked on because it was a bolt that wasnt secured properly that could have resulted in a serious car wreck. Luckily, it was only minor damage in my case and I was unhurt. I ran the complete history to find that the last place to purchase this car after a total loss from front end damage... You guessed it. 321 drive. No longer wanting to invest more money or put myself in any more danger, I went to another car dealership to trade my car for something reliable. 2 weeks after the car was paid off, they continued to take money out of my account despite the car being paid off and no longer in their possession... When I called to ask about the charges I was told it was my fault because I didnt ask them to stop taking payments. I asked how that made sense considering they have no right to be taking money out of my account? I was told they would take payments until I asked them to stop even if the car was paid off ... This seems beyond bad business and frankly illegal. They were the MOST unhelpful and not even remotely concerned. Seriously, dont even consider buying a car here.

I was just attempting to post a review on their Facebook page only to find that Ive been blocked by the page admin?!?! Anyway, I guess Ill have to post it here!!! Im only giving them an honet 1 star bc their accounts and sales team are genuinely great and funny people (Mike in sales, Mike in accounts, Monica, Tammy and Kim...Justin and Vinny in service!) I bought a car back mid October and I dropped it off at their lot yesterday. I know they "repaired" the left front axle 2-3xs. Attempted to fix the heat 2-4xs, but there still was a loud popping noise in the front driver side and the heat would gradually get cold from left to right coming from the vents. I obtained my credit report and they were reporting my payments higher than what they were, which made no sense as my account was setup on auto pay. I was advised that it was due to my payments being setup as biweekly at $175 and thats how their system calculated it. I asked to have that submitted in writing and was told no, bc he, Walter, was telling me. I also once requested that it be submitted to me in writing as to the consequences of returning the car besides it being put on my credit and was advisedly they "would come after me." I asked for that to be submitted in writing and was again advised they would not. I submitted a BBB complaint for the issues I was having and was advised thats to be expected bc of the age, mileage and price of the car. I can only count my pockets, but a purchase of $6,900 isnt inexpensive. Long story short...DO NOT purchase front this company unless you have money to throw away and you have a back up vehicle...youll need it!
