What a great experience we had with Patrick at Appliance World in Huntington! We are about to gut our kitchen and build a new and improved one. My husband is a professional chef, so this wasnt going to be a quick and easy job. Currently, we have a commercial stove in our kitchen. We knew we had to get a new stove that was approved for residential use. We went to 2 appliance stores that carried some of the high end brands, as my husband wanted a Viking stove that would be as close to commercial as we could get in a residential setting. Those experiences didnt go well at all. After doing some research, I found that the brand Blue Star would allow us to customize a stove, which I felt might be our best option. However, I was not a fan of paying $10,000 for a custom stove and risking it all if my husband wasnt happy with its performance. I reached out to Blue Star with questions, and they sent me specifically to Patrick. My husband was able to see many different stoves "live" and able to see for himself how they would work. Patrick listened to my husband and, after considering all of his concerns and preferences, was able to help us find (and customize) our perfect stove! Patrick never talked down to us. He never rushed us. He never tried to upsell. He was genuinely interested in pairing us up with the perfect appliance. Its such a pleasure to do business with someone who treats you like a human and not an ATM. Im very excited to see how my new kitchen unfolds, but I am absolutely thrilled that I will never again struggle when shopping for an appliance. Patrick and Appliance World have a customer for life!

First let me say that I do not engage in writing any online reviews, however I am compelled to express my two positive experiences with Brian Nathan, a sales consultant and the support staff at Appliance World in Huntington, NY. I began a kitchen renovation a little while back and a friend of mine who had just completed a project suggested that I go to Appliance World -- so I did. When I walked into the showroom, I immediately met an attractive and very professional receptionist, the kind you meet when you walk into the office of a Park Avenue plastic surgeon. The receptionists are numerous, all over the store, handling aspects of pre and post sales business with clients, designers, etc.. On my first visit, I was introduced to Mr. Brian Nathan who greeted me with a ready smile and a firm handclasp. We got right into my requirements and thats when he began to amaze me with his deep knowledge of the range of products he carries. Brian takes you through every aspect of the products you came in to see, from the value of the entry level model that you saw as a "Best Buy" in "Consumer Reports" to the advantages of the upgraded one. Brian understands who hes talking to and has great "People Sense." I like to joke around a lot and he was right there with me, trading quips back and forth. In addition he has the scientific knowledge of the stores appliances and all their functionality with the graciousness of an international concierge. It was the best experience Ive ever had with my clothes on. Yes, really! Thank you Brian. You are doing an outstanding job.

If youre looking for new home appliances, look no further! The folks at Appliance World will take care of you as though youre family. Each person weve encountered there are all knowledgeable on all of the products they sell. The appliances are all working samples, and they even have food for you (every day at 1pm)! They take great care of their employees, so that their employees can take great care of you. We were referred to Appliance World by Lakeville Kitchen and Bath, and Simeon was our sales guy. He showed us a number of different models of ranges and explained why the Thermador Pro Harmony was the best choice for us. It also came with a free Bosch/Thermador dishwasher. We also purchased our Frigidaire refrigerator and industrial hood from them too. As part of their quality service, they offer cooking classes on how to properly use and maintain your new appliances. Let me just tell you, its the most wonderful thing! We recently attended the class on convection with Leora and Max. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious! It was definitely worth every penny. Our next class will be on the gas range with Thermador instructors. I cant wait!

Very misguided, Be careful dont be fool. They have special invitation only event and they promise 115 percent price protection. They bargain, very pushy, cut price and later charge delivery when objected they gave free delivery and wanted installation charge. When I said no... they tried selling protection plan. Later he forced me to make decision and push me on the edge saying this is only todays price. I cant believe it they promised me cheapest price by 115 percent and when I came home and google it and 6 major stores came with lower price (5 to 10 % less) than Appliance World. When I call back they promised to void and refund TV price and later sales man called and said because of tv return he has to charge more on sound bar. when I canceled sound bar, store manager called me said now our profit margin are thin and we have to cancel whole order of fridge and microwave. Wasted my 3 hours and then canceled my order. Complaint to store manager but he said sorry. Be aware of pushy salesman Larry. Pl. Dont shop here unless you have done extensive home work.

After purchasing all new appliance for our kitchen from Appliance World,my husband and I attended a complimentary Convection Cooking Class which Appliance World offers. We did not know what to expect when we signed up. As soon as we arrived we were offered wine! ( Which was poured all evening!) We knew that this would be a most enjoyable evening!! Our chef, Leora Hardoon and Victoria were most welcoming and gracious hosts! The evening began with getting to know the people we would be dining with and making new friends! The evening progressed with a full four course delicious meal and an education in cooking in our new convection ovens! Questions were answered and we definitely learned some new tips! We left stuffed and more comfortable with our new oven. This was such a wonderful experience and we would like to thank both Leora and Victoria for such an enjoyable evening! Thank you Appliance World for offering classes to help get people familiar and more comfortable with new appliances. Michelle and Michael Hammer June 15, 2017

We were very happy with Appliance World. We used Chris B at the Oyster Bay store and he was very helpful and knowledgable as we picked out our appliances-dishwasher, refrig., oven/stove and microwave. We had an issue with the company (not Appl. World) that did our kitchen with our refrig. and Chris was very accommodating with making sure it worked correctly. He was extremely undertanding and even helped with any questions after I began using my appliances. Additionally the cooking class/dinner at the Huntington store was so much fun and so delicious! We appreciated it! We would recommend Appliance World and using Chris B. from Oyster Bay. We actually went to the showroom in Huntington to look around and then went to Chris because he was recommended to us. It was worth it. His expertise and services made things go so smoothly for us. Look around and then go to Oyster Bay...You will happy you did!
