He knew his appliance brands inside out. He provided great customer support after delivery. Addressed minor appliance issues very quickly and satisfactorily. Gentleman who helped us was patient and courteous and matched the price of a big chain competitor without a hassle of the specific model we wanted. Delivered and installed w/o a hitch.
