Do not call or use their services. They gave my parents who are seniors the run around for months when they called to get the fridge repaired that was under warranty. Showed up to repair but said he needed a part and never came back. Finally I called months later and the lady was so rude and couldnt answer simple questions. At the end of the call, she says that she has to check her paperwork and will call me back. This was the same as what they had told my dad and I asked her when will you call me back today, tomorrow, Monday? She wouldnt give me an answer. How are you not able to estimate when you will call back? She called me back an hour later and said that they could not send a repair man since he is not able to fix it. A repair shop that is not able to fix a refridegerator? Isnt that their expertise? Horrible Horrible people! I think they just didnt want to do the work or were waiting for the warranty to expire so they could charge us.

This company is horrible. How they are still in business and given business by Home Depot is beyond me. I scheduled a service appointment and they slotted me for 9am-2pm when I called at 215 to find out if they were still coming the lady who is horrendous at her job, told me she could not disturb the technician to ask him. I said well I have to be at work so I need to know if I should be waiting around. She then said well when I know you will know... Who answers that way in customer service? I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager who she told me was not available. So I said then let me speak with whoever is above you... She put me on hold and never came back on the line. Did I mention this is the second time they are a no show for a service appointment?! They should be out of business or at the very least employ people who wont make you lose business! Horrible. If I could give a negative star I would.

This is BY FAR the worst experience of my life. First off, the lady on the phone is beyond rude and crazy. I have been fighting for them to come out and fix my dryer. I made an appointment and the lady told me that I have to take the stacked washer/dryer out of the closet myself!!!! WTF??? Im 27 and 100 lbs. So my mom, dad and a repairman had to take the the whole day off just to wait for these f*ckers. I confirm the appointment, they send the guy, my dad and brother go outside the house to direct the guy to park and then he simply drives off!!!!! We were livid. I called her back and she just hung up on me and then stopped answering my phone altogether. I called Frigidaire and she avoided them as well. If I could them a -5 stairs then I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

This company is either unaware or doesnt care that the person doing the schedules lies and tell "frigidaire" customer refused service but here is the truth....they didnt check schedule and then tried to reschedule the following day in order to cover up but customer wasnt willing to accept there failure because of small children in house summertime no ice no food storage and it had been already 4 days of delays so now it will be another 5 days delay for another repair shop to come and fix it.....this company is example of what happens when the boss hires bad front desk people....very rude and hangs up on you when you ask for the boss....try it and see...

This company is awful, very unprofessional, and rude. They were scheduled through the manufacturer to replace a scratched control panel on my new range. They came to my home, and had the nerve to call me stupid while I was speaking with him. They decided that the damage was not severe enough for them to fix it. I called my dealer, and when they called on my behalf, they were told that he would not service the unit for "personal reasons." Please do yourself a favor and avoid working with this company. They are rude, they dont listen, and they have no integrity. You will be completely disappointed in your experience.

Easily the most rude and unprofessional customer service employees Ive ever spoken on the phone with. They were scheduled to look at my refrigerato12-5. Took half a day off of work to meet them and they never showed up. They never called to let us know. I called customer service, upset, and was hung up on by the horrible, wretched man who answers phones there. When I called back he yelled at me and told me not to call back. My girlfriend called and was put on indefinite hold when they found out who she was calling for. A terrible, awful company with terrible, awful people. The worst company in NYC.

Its a shame when pathetic, miserable people who hate their lives and their jobs take it out on the customer. In waiting for a servicing appointment, this disgraceful woman told me they changed their minds about coming out to work on my air conditioning unit. When I asked her why, she said "we were told one thing and its actually a completely different other." When I asked her what she was talking about, she told me to find someone else. This is after the appointment was booked through the number found on my Frigidaire air conditioner.

The contractor who fixed our basement order a "New" fridge for us through his "Guy" in June two months later the fridge is off no power out of no where we called Frigidaire who referred us to B&H as they are our local repair store OMG! Disgusting Customer Service and they refused to come out to fix the fridge until Monday 5 days after our initial call so now I will have no fridge for 5 days in the summer with 4 children in my home please if you can avoid these people do so

I scheduled maintenance on my LG washer/dryer combo and this company called me at 5pm the night before telling me "they dont do morning appointments that they would come in the afternoon." I told them I wasnt available in the afternoon, could I chose another morning. She said they dont do mornings and I have to call LG to reschedule. When I asked for their information to give to LG she refused to give me her contact information twice then hung up on me.

Incredibly rude Did not call me during the day of the appointment and had the nerve to tell me she called me 10am on the clock. I was awake since 9 and no one called me. The representative THEN has the audacity to cancel my appointment with another company because "we already have the part", so I once again had to change companies with a strong emphasis to NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN Incredibly rude DO NOT TAKE

This was an awful customer experience... I took a whole day off of work to be available. Nobody showed up and I was never called. I left a message overnight expressing disappointment... It was definitely strongly worded but not overly aggressive. The next day when I called to get someone over, the manager wouldnt take the appointment. I guess, they dont want repeat customers...I will never deal with these guys again.
