Placed an order 25 days ago with purchase made in full. After looking around online and finding one decent review I assumed this would be the best option out there. After getting a call within an hour of placing the order I assured myself that I made the right choice. I was mistaken. I was talked into the "Expedited Shipping" along with "White Glove Delivery" for $99.00 extra. Why not? I am already saving money and it couldnt hurt to be safe. The representative on the phone stated with "Expedited Shipping" I would receive the product roughly two weeks later instead of 4-5 weeks. Two weeks went by and I called in to check on my purchase since there did not seem to be any other way to track the progress. This is when everything went 180. The representative addressed my purchase and confirmed the date it was placed along with the extra I had spent for an earlier delivery. I stated my concern as to when should I expect an appointment time to be set but then got blindsided when I was told to check back with them in one or two more weeks since ~~they did not have the order I had already paid for at their facility to ship out~~ This means that I could expect delivery a little over a month. I ended the call as politely as I could and immediately called my bank to dispute the charges. The funds were added back to my account the same day and I purchased my product from another VERY trusted website right on time for the Black Friday sale. But wait it is not over yet!! It has been almost two weeks since I canceled my purchase and I received another call. However, the representative decided to advise me the best course of action would have been to call them first and "request" a refund. This offended me to no extent. None the less I will receive my purchase from the other retailer a week sooner than I expected AHC to have it at their facility before they could ship it to me (2+ more weeks) Be warned potential buyer confirm that the product you are purchasing is ready to be shipped within the usual 3-5 business days. Any AHC Appliance rep that may come across my review I only seek to help point out my situation and where it could have been improved. The deal offered was great however ____BE SURE TO PUT "OUT OF STOCK"____ or something along those lines if you do not/will not have the product readily available to you. I hope this may help whoever takes the time to read it.

Ive ordered from these people for years now, with varying results... Be very careful with them- while their stated pricing can be competitive they often try to "bait and switch" Additionally- even if you stick with your desired item and pricing, they sometimes take a very long time to get the actual item and deliver it. My latest purchase was a complete debacle, first we waited almost 2 1/2 months for washer/dryer while being told it would arrive shortly almost every two weeks. after 3 months they finally said they could not tell us with certainty when the washer & dryer would actually be available, if ever. So we picked a comparable, but significantly less expensive model that they said was readily available. (and that took two weeks!) Then the fun began- it it took almost 3 more months of my constantly chasing after them to refund the difference/overpayment between the original purchase and what we finally wound up with,. And even when the did, they the refund was not in full- the result being I was CHEATED out of almost $200 And this is how they deal with someone theyve done business with for many years. So "buyer beware"!!!

Not sure were talking about the same company in reading some of these reviews. While their advertised prices for an LG Washer/Dryer combo were better than most other online retailers, I had to spend most of my time while confirming my order with the rep on the phone repeatedly declining all their expensive add-ons for extended warranty or "special" delivery services. I was told that if I purchased upgraded delivery, I would have my items within a week. Once I declined, they suddenly did not have the items in stock and, 3 months later, were still out of stock. After multiple calls, they finally told me that they had the washer but not the dryer. At that point, they did not want to honor their original price, stating that it had a rebate at that time that was no longer available. After prolonged discussion, they finally met me half way between the original and current price. I have made many bigger ticket item purchases from online retailers and have never been as disappointed as I have with this company whose customer service approach appears non-existent. Will never buy from them again.

Worst experience ever and not yet done with it. I found their site by searching for refrigerators and laundry appliances as I just purchased a new home. Their prices looked to be similar to ones you generally find during Black Friday so I thought it would be great to save myself several hundred dollars. I received a phone call within an hour of my order stating that all three of the products I had purchased were out of stock. The sales guy then attempted to sell me even more expensive products and questioning me each time I refused. He did however, sell me a different pair of laundry machines that were better than what I had originally ordered without any price change. Hopefully I will no other issues. Update: Today I received the items I ordered. It took about three weeks total from the time I ordered until they arrived at my home. With the Christmas holiday and New Years and bad weather, I would have to say the freight company did a pretty good job. Items arrived undamaged.

Prices are the same as other vendors you can find online. Bought from them because they ship free of charge to Manhattan. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. They cant listen, they are rude, yelling, and lying. I actually find it amusing and bewildering that these people can survive in the Amazon era. Bought an under counter Summit refrigerator for $800 three weeks ago. Called few times to the vendor asking them to fix the door. Did not hear from them. Yesterday I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Last week I have order an under-counter Summit freezer. They charged my credit card without my consent. They actually kept my credit card information from the prior purchase. To make story short, I refused to accept the freezer, called my credit card company and disputed the charge, and if the charge was illegal, I will file a complaint at the nearest police station.

Our experience was outstanding. After searching our local appliance dealers and shopping on line I found AHC Appliance. Just googled what I was looking for and their web site popped up. Since I was shopping for a $10k built in refrigerator I was somewhat skeptical but after talking to them at length felt assured that it was the right way to go. Bottom line was i saved $1k, was able to purchase the 5 year extended warranty and received it in less than two weeks here in central California. The delivery/installers were polite, professional and did a clean job installing our new built in. They hauled away the old fridge without any fuss even though it was up a flight a stairs from our front porch. I still cant believe how easy and smooth it all went while saving us $1k. I will definitely buy from them again.
