We struggled for many weeks with the Sears Bureaucracy on a warrantee repair/replacement issue with our two month old washing machine. After a several hours long series of calls on a Saturday afternoon, Sears Customer Solution introduced us to Chris, Manager of the Sears Outlet Store in Woodbridge VA. Chris took immediate control of the situation, and within a couple of days our replacement washer had been delivered, installed and running. In addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he was in frequent contact with us going forward and made sure the smallest details were addressed. "Old fashioned service" is growing increasingly rare, but Chris certainly provided it for us!

BUYER BEWARE if you purchase from Sears. I purchased a freezer in June, it broke and then sent a technician to fix it. 2 weeks later it broke AGAIN and I have to throw out 80 pounds of meat because their technician did not fix it the first time around. I am still under warranty because it is only 7 months old, they will not cover the loss of my food I had to throw out and the CSV does not accommodate your appointment you request they put you in whatever time they please and guess what.. IF YOUR NOT THERE IT DOESNT GET FIXED... Purchase any appliances you need at Best Buy they will back any product they sell you
