After I bought the phone split air-conditioning is broken in this shop are not playing for two months to repair it, the service very good buy before you buy on the matter. This shop is very poor after-sales service, we do not go to the store to buy things. 我在这个店买分体空调坏了打电话打了两个月都不过来修理，买之前服务很好买之后就不管你了。这个店售后服务非常差，大家千万不要去这家店买东西。

I have ordered the split AC from the store . After 4 days, I got a phone call from the office telling me that a worker will install the AC tomorrow morning between 9:00-10:00. Unfortunately a worker called me at 9:30 am and said a equipment not ready yet. I called back store office, change to next day morning time. But unfortunately, the same thing happened again. The worker called me saying that his vehicle was broken on the way. So we changed the installation time again. But on the scheduled date, the worker called me saying that he was sick. Again, on the third scheduled time, the worker called me saying he was busy for others,....... thus, we changed 5 times for Air conditioner installation. Unfortunately, till today, the store office is unable to dispatch a worker to my home for installation ！！

I was told by the man in the store, might be the owner, that there is no return policy for the merchandise I planned to buy, neither can I test it (a DVD player) to see if its working. I am on my own luck if I buy it! What a crazy shopping experience, incredible.

We agreed with a price in the store, but when they show up want to increase the price the guy want more money because is difficult for my places.
