My Moms refrigerator died on October 5. The next morning I headed to the PC Richard in College Point, NY. I walked in, and to my delight, I was not accosted by an over zealous sales person. I looked over several units and decided on one. I then met sales associate Raymond Mack. Long story short, the fridge was due to be delivered in two days, Oct. 8. That morning I received a call from Raymond informing me that the fridge was somehow damaged in the delivery truck. A replacement unit would be delivered the following day. Raymond apologized profusely and knowing that my Mom needed a fridge ASAP for medication storage, offered to personally drop off a mini dorm style fridge in order for Mom to have something until the following day. Two hours later, Raymond indeed dropped off a mini fridge for Mom, and the refrigerator that I purchased was delivered the next morning. Major kudos to Raymond Mack and PC Richard for outstanding customer service, going above and beyond! My next appliance and/or electronic purchase will be with Raymond Mack and PC Richard!

I returned to P.C. Richard this past Wednesday to purchase a number of major appliances we needed. Although we live on Long Island, my wife and I both feel that is very worthwhile to travel to the College Point, Queens store of P.C. Richard where we can deal with the Manager, Gabe who we found in the past to be very helpful, knolwedgeable, professional and importantly honest and patient with a great and welcoming attitude. We were not dissappointed. Gabe was true to his well earned reputation. Although he runs a busy store, he took the time to explain everything to us with expertise on each item that was surprising. When dealing with Gabe, we did not have to shop elsewhere because we felt certain that he was giving us the best price and the best advice on what we should purchase with complete honesty. He has a wonderful attitude and disposition which made our trip an enjoyable affair. The installation was excellent and Gabe also confirmed with me that this was done correctly. Thank you Gabe. I never ever write reviews but after my experience with Danny at the the College Point PC Richard location it was only fair. I will start by saying that I take my time to research prices and products before I go to a store and this was especially true when I moved into my new house and needed TVs and a sound system for several areas of the house. After looking at the inventory and comparing everything to my notes, I flagged down a very tall sales associate who respectfully identified himself as Danny and then thanked me for visiting. He immediately answered my questions and even made some recommendations that saved a few hundred dollars. Right away I knew this was my guy. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he made me feel comfortable and if that was not enough, he actually saved me money. If you are needing to make a big purchase, be sure to ask for Danny. When it comes to electronics this is your guy!!

Went to store in college point had to ask for a manager , Dan doe refused let name came to help me. While he was helping me an employee came to him with another customer. He cut me right off and the manager Dan started helping the employee. I was standing there for a couple of minutes when I said something to the manager about helping me and how I was waiting . The employee started going off on me and I answered him back . The manager got nasty with me and told me he wasnt helping me because he didnt like my attitude We had words and the employee also interjected . The manager threatened me and told me he is calling the cops for no reason at all. This wasnt warranted . I then went to the store in Bayside they were very helpful as always but then unfortunately couldnt exchange the product. Dan was unprofessional, nasty and shouldnt be interacting with customers his behavior was atrocious.

I am a loyal customer of pc Richards. The family name means loyalty to customers and the community. Today once again I had a big ticket purchase. My wife and I and our little daughter Jackie were warmly helped by Mr. Johnny Wong. Mr. Wong is a veteran at the college point 20th Avenue location and his professionalism and patience truly made our purchase experience warm and smooth during this cold winter season. The manager were also helpful and granted us the best possible pricing. They had their customers in their mind, not just profits. Mr. Wong detailed explained to us the differences between different machines. We only wanted to bug a washer at first but we left with both a washer and dryer. We are definitely happy customers! Definitely will come back again. Thanks Johnny! We will 100% surely definitely refer friends to your store!

After almost 9 years of watching my beloved Sharp 37inch Aquos LCD TV I knew it was time to upgrade. It only has 1 HDMI input and it was looking kind of small in my living room. I went to PC Richard & Son to see what they had to offer and let me tell you, I dont believe in cheesy lines but "falling in love at first sight" is true. Samsung 8000 This TV was thinner than my iphone 5 and it had 4 HDMI input, Let me say it again 4 not 1 like my old Sharp. The price for the Samsung TV was way less than what I had to paid for the Sharp back in 2005. The sales rep provided me with no interest, and customer service was one of the best. Thank you guys for all your help.

In writing this review, I want to be clear that my past experiences with PC Richards have all been very reliable. The current experience was even more excellent as the manager of the store, Pedro Rivera, in the middle of multi-tasking concerning the operation of his store, spent intimate time with me to answer all of my questions. He provided a climate of understanding that allowed me to make an intelligent decision based upon the concise useful information he provided with no pressure on his part. We are very happy with our purchase and with the high quality of sensitive service provided by Mr. Rivera on behalf of PC Richards.

I went in to purchase a replacement of my existing washer and dryer. I was greeted by the Manager Soloman who was pleasant and put me together my salesman Gregory Anastos. He assessed my needs and showed me a few units, of which i ended up purchasing. Soloman and Gregory both assisted me with pricing and l am pleased with the deal I negotiated. Im awaiting notification regarding the delivery time of my new units which Gregory has assured me he will stay on top of. If his mannerisms today during the sales process are any indication of how he is with follow up, I know Im in good hands. A+ sales experience.

My experience with PC Richards at College point was a little disappointed. My refrigerator was suppose to be delivered on Thursday 7/13/17 and never got there. So I lost 2 days of work and finally it arrived on 7/15/17 Saturday. Since they really got there 2 days late the Manager at the store really took care of things for me. I purchased a rechargeable bluetooth system and gave me a VIP discount. Sometimes things do not work out on time but Danielle the store manager took care of us for the trouble I went through. Now they have a customer for life. From one bad experience to a good one. Thanks again Guys.
